Filter needs to be procured separately. Why this was not mentioned in the description. It is misleading since it is an extra cost incurred while technician visit during installation. Filter can be a part of order to make things less hassle. Was disappointed for only that reason. Rest everything is good.

I am writing this review after using this product since 4 months. It is really a very nice product, completely satisfied with the product. Purifies water with minimum wastage of water. Kent service is also prompt and free for 4 years. So best product to buy. Price is also good.
