When ordering a product from the official seller, customers should always expect to receive an unopened, undamaged package. Unfortunately, the seal was tampered with on this occasion, and the box was torn. Very deceiving.
I brought the same model from the local store, and it works great!!

i have been using kent product for nearly 15 years. i have bought nearly 4 kent pearl for myself. so far i am a happy customer. however recently that changed. the service person came and changed my post carbon filter with new one which ‘post carbon + alkaline’ which is causing stomach pain and stomach upset.
this causes lot of trouble. i don’t know why kent introduced this one without proper R&D. just for marketing purpose they are introducing such things without testing properly.
now i am looking for just ‘post carbon filter’ which i am not getting online.

Quality of water like mineral water,it is amazing features with tds control.
