Very Very Bad Purifier, clogs after every 50 ltrs of purification with slight muddy water also. Boasts of UV failure alarm which sounds good but what’s the use when you’ll be calling the service technician after every couple of days, to de-congest the sediment filter. He’ll recommend an extra filter with additional cost.\n\nBetter buy a sediment filter, carbon filter and a UV Kit online amounting to 400+400+600=Rs 1400/- and make your own inline UV purifier. It will function better.\n\nExaggerated price even after OFF.\nNot recommended.

Extremely disappointed by this product. Got it replaced twice by flipkart but everytime I received a defective product. Kent seriously needs to work on quality control.\nI ordered the product on 5th March 2013. After after delayed shipping and multiple followups, I received a defective product. The purifier had a leakage and the installation person informed that one of the cylinders in the product is leaking and I should get the product replaced. I received replacement on 22nd March which was again defective. I am now looking to get purifier from another company. God save Kent!

If you are receiving Municipal water supply then blindly go for this filter. No need of RO filter which wastes lot of water. This is a simple non-storage 3 stage water filter – Sediment, Activated Carbon and UV filteration. This is better than Aqua gaurd filter because it uses higher wattage 11w UV lamp as compared to 8w. Also the UV chamber is horizontal in this filter which is more effective. This was the best filter which met my requirements of non storage and non RO.\n\nThank you Flipkart for delivering 1 day before day committed. The installation took place within 1 day of request. The Kent service guy did a good job. I had to pay 1500 for extra Sediment filter which is recommended. The yearly charge in this filter will be 1000 which will include replacement if Carbon and Sediment filter. The Kent service app is very user friendly which can be used for service requests.

It’s clean the water but not like bottled water. however i feel water is purified and good. I see quite change is taste of water. Flipkart delivered the product very next day and all goods were intact. overall i m happy with it and enjoying the clean water.

I have purchased this product, it got delivered on time and Kent person came for installation very next day. so service wise I feel good. since last 20 days I am using it, that is working properly but my suggestion is that use prefilter with the kent UV that would increase the quality or water as well as machine’s life.

Overall, it’s a nice product. The main drawback of the product I have observed is the small dia of the water lines. It takes too long to fill a bottle. The tubes are so thin that if the water pressure is low, the flow of water nearly stops. So, over a long period of time the effective ID of the tubes may get smaller leading to lesser flow. Another point is that, there is no timer for start of safe water flow and one cannot stop water flow without shutting down machine altogether.

5 stars to flipkart for service. Received within 3 days of order, Item received in excellent condition.\nHad ordered during the app sale at 4K. The installation guy called but i had already installed it myself.\nAbout product-after using it for 2 months water quality seems good. My earlier aquaguard has been in service for 18 yrs and still running with many things bypassesd. Shifted that to other house and installed Kent. The main housing and internal component housing are made of plastic. Little UV light leakage from coupling, plan to cover that. No internal water leakage.\nCheapest on flipkart. Other price comparable are assembled units. Long term usage and spares costs remains to be seen.
