We are using this vaccum cleaner every day. We cannot imagine the life without this product, in our day today life we are frequently using this cleaner. Easy to clean.

After using for several month, I can say, this is a reliable product. Battery is good. Suction power is descent. But you can double the suction power with a button. Cleaning is fine too! Overall, a good & usefull product.

PLEASE DO NOT BUT KENT PRODUCTS. We bought a handheld vacuum cleaner from Amazon on 3rd May. The part of the vacuum cleaner that controls the suction broke in 1 month. When I contacted the customer care they that I need to take the machine to a service centre as they do not provide homes service for vacuum cleaners. On calling a service centre (Aishwarya Solar Technologies-Jayanagar, Bangalore) he proudly claimed to be the authorised service centre and was very keen to help. The moment I said vacuum cleaner, his tone changed, and he became disinterested and hostile. He claimed that for vacuum cleaners there is no service only replacement or refund. Additionally, he said since I had purchased this from Amazon, it was now Amazon’s headache.
On calling Amazon last week, I first had to wait for 15 mins. The first rep couldn’t solve my problem and conveniently the call got cut. The second time, the rep was very helpful, and I shared all the required paperwork for a refund–invoice, warranty, email from Kent, product images. I then asked for the call to be escalated. The manager who took over the call assured me that if Kent did not provide a replacement in 8 days, they would refund the money. By the way, according to Amazon Kent is supposed to provide doorstep service, according to Kent there is service only at the centre for vacuum cleaners (however, centres refuse as listed above.)
Today (after 9 days), when I called Amazon, I had to repeat the story all over again and then I was told that the call would be escalated as there was no resolution. The manager, Swetha K, shared a link shared by Kent (this was shared on 12th, but Amazon did not bother to get back) and asked me to raise a complaint request (already done and denied by Kent) and I tried explaining to her that it was only for ROs but she refused to accept. The link shared by her took me to the RO helpline, when I told her this, she asked me to share a proof of the site. After sharing the proof (screenshot) she said they would ask Kent to share the correct link and if Kent doesn’t, they will share a feedback — not a resolution or refund but a feedback after 3 working days. Kent helpline is hopeless, and they refuse any complaints of vacuum cleaners.
When I spoke the Amazon Manager last week, she said that if Kent does not provide a resolution in 8 days, the money would be refunded. However, they have provided the wrong link and are asking to wait for 3 more working days.
We have raised this in the consumer forum portal, and I will be sharing this experience on as many portals as possible as mental harassment and a case of cheating on the part of Kent and Amazon.
Additionally, I have mails and a recording of the call that I am sharing with the forum. We are fools to believe Amazon’s rating system and buy their products. It is an eyewash and a way to lure customers to purchase faulty, substandard products.
By the way, Amazon has discontinued this product on their site.
