Do not buy
The printer simply doesn’t work, despite changing multiple cartridges, not even a single photo was printed, app constantly giving error

Ammetto che mi risulta difficile recensire il prodotto, in quanto seppur un’ottima macchina presenta inevitabilmente dei problemi tecnici tipici di altre sue concorrenti.
– In primis l’applicazione: il manuale d’uso ti chiede di scaricare un’applicazione ormai vecchia che ti reindirizza alla sua versione aggiornata, fin qui può anche andar bene, ma tale applicazione pare non essere compatibile con molti cellulari, specie Android, causando l’impossibilità di connessione tramite bluetooth. La soluzione al problema è stata fornita da un altro utente che ha scoperto un’app più idonea, Kodak Mini Shot, che non riscontra problemi, però ha mio parere a qualche limite per i ritocchi)
– Altro problema è la batteria: come ogni altra stampante dura solo qualche foto consecutiva, quindi conviene portarsi una power bank o simili.
– Infine la qualità: di sicuro è una delle stampanti portatili migliori in circolazione ma non bisogna esser troppo esigenti, è necessario comprendere che non è un articolo professionale.
Nonostante tutto sono abbastanza soddisfatto dell’acquisto

J’ai acheté un premier appareil sans jamais arriver à le connecter à mon téléphone, bien que celui-ci m’annonçait l’avoir trouvé et que l’appairage avait réussi. Pensant l’appareil défectueux, je l’ai renvoyé en demandant l’échange. Le nouvel appareil n’a pas non plus réussi à se connecter. En faisant des recherches sur le Net, je suis tombé sur un post qui mentionnait une autre appli que celle indiquée dans le mode d’emploi fourni ( Kodak Instant Printer), qui s’appelle Kodak Mini Shot. Je l’ai essayée, et tout s’est mis à fonctionner parfaitement, y compris une mise à jour du programme de l’imprimante ! Après cette mise à jour j’ai retesté Kodak Instant Printer, mais toujours sans résultat. J’espère que ce commentaire aidera ceux qui achèteraient cet appareil et rencontreraient le même problème que moi

I really like this printer! I have one of the fujifilm instax cameras and love it, but hate how you have to print out the photo right away… without knowing if it’ll turn out good or bad. BUT! With this printer, I no longer have to worry about that! I love being able to choose the photos I want to print out and when I want to print them.
The quality of the photos is pretty good, it depends on the photo and how close the objects in it are. I find the closer and sharper the pic, the better the photo will turn out when printed. If the objects are farther away, the photo will turn out a bit blurry.
The app for printing… well, it’s not my favourite. I’d say that’s why I’m only giving 4 stars. I accidentally printed a photo 2x! It’s so easy to do, when you want to print a photo, it never asks “are you sure you want to print now?” You simply click an image/printer icon and it prints! Also, the layout of the app is very… “chincy”. Perhaps Kodak is working on this? I’d really like them to make it look more modern and work more smoothly. It’s super annoying also, how there’s this red box around the picture that makes it seem like you’re photo will be cut off there. But in reality it’s not…?! I don’t get it at all.
Anyways, besides the app, this printer works really well and the photos turn out relatively well for being made by such a small laser printer! It’s amazing what technology can do now!

Purtroppo dopo due anni di vita e circa 20 foto stampate non trascina più la carta fotografica e, probabilmente, il meccanismo di stampa è parzialmente bloccato perché stampa solo un piccolo particolare delle foto sul margine lungo e solamente in un colore. Peccato perché svolgeva bene il suo compito, anche se con stampe di qualità media. Ne ho ordinata un’altra identica…. seguirà aggiornamento.

Only reason this is a 4 star is because I wish I knew the unit only had one sheet to print with in it. I got it for my daughter for a Christmas gift and she took photos of the holidays she wanted to print out of her new printer. Too bad after the first photo was printed it told us to replace the cartridge. If I had known it only had 1 print job I would have ordered a cartridge to go with it.
