This is a beautiful laptop and I wanted to love it, but it keeps crashing and giving me the blue screen of death. I had a Lenovo Yoga before which was a great computer, but I wanted one with a bigger screen, so I bought this one. It has had problems from day one with suddenly crashing. I thought I could fix it or get someone technical to solve the problem and tried to get by with the inconvenience. But after it crashed during a zoom meeting I was hosting for a national conference I decided I couldn’t get by any longer.
But no one has been able to fix the problem. I was finally told that I bought a lemon. Unfortunately, the return date and warranty are past, so I am stuck with a beautiful laptop that I can’t use for any kind of internet use.
I’m sure there are good versions of this laptop, but if you buy one and it crashes, return it immediately as I was told by a service technician that they have seen this before with this model and there is no guarantee that they can fix the problem. I’m really bummed that I wasted my money buying this. I would never buy a Lenovo again after this experience.

This is not a powerful machine that can handle top of the line games. It struggles to play Runescape through the official launcher and will take forever to install official updates. If you need a basic laptop to browse the web and do basic actions, this will work for you. Would be great for college, if all you’re doing is watching videos and writing papers.

For the price, this is a decent laptop. I can stream and watch YouTube with no issues. You just have to save large space items on a SD card or flash drive.

Don’t waste your quality time, this computer is unresponsive to everything. It is so slow, it still drive you nuts.
