Product is very nice
I bought it because it had 3 years warranty. However the warranty is already activated, only two years left. Nobody to complaint to. Wrote to Lenovo care but not reply.
Amazon says talk with Lenovo but they won’t respond

When you search for a AIO PC , you are not flooded with choices unlike the laptops. I could shortlist only HP (Ck00678in) & Lenovo. I was comparing this one and Ryzen 5 5625U based AIO from HP(Ck00678in)
Price point of view, I bot this one at 50740/- after card and Indian festival sell discount & HP was around 54340/- after all discounts.
4 k diff in price.
I favoured the Lenovo one due to the Ryzen 7 5700u processor used in Lenovo. Whereas HP was offering Ryzen 5 5625u, In few YouTube reviews and websites review u May find 5625u better. But the basic difference between processors is there Cores & Threads.
In Ryzen 7 5700u (offered by Lenovo) there are 8 cores and 16 threads. In Ryzen 5 5625u (offered by HP) there are 6 cores and 12 threads. So are getting more powerfull machine at cheaper price.
Another difference is in Wi-Fi & Bluetooth,
Lenovo : Latest Wi-Fi & Bluetooth 5
Hp : one generation older Wi-Fi & Bluetooth 4
Difference in warranty : As cost of repairing a AIO is high as researched from local shop. So more warranty means more peace of mind.
Lenovo : 3 years warranty
Hp : 1 year warranty
Camera Quality :
Lenovo : Camera quality of this product is poor
Hp : Offering better camera
All in all I got better machine with latest specs and bigger warranty at much cheaper price than competition. Performance wise also it is great it is used at my office

Within 2 months my AIO stoped working Lenovo technician came and checked found the problem and it was mother board was dead. Very bad suggest never buy AIO it’s better Laptop to spend this much money.

This is probably the lowest priced Ryzen 5 All-in-one PC at Rs. 54990/- Reviewing on the day of receiving the product. Nicely and safely packed and delivered. Apart from the displayed features, it also has a 3.5 mm audio jack below the unit which is not mentioned in the product details. The mouse and keyboard provided are wireless (not bluetooth) with a single USB receiver. So one USB port will be occupied with the wireless receiver. Mouse & keyboard work on AA size batteries. Does not have a USB-C port. Webcam image quality is poor.
Update after 8 months – Speakers stopped working. Engineers checked and found it to be a motherboard issue. Motherboard was changed under warranty and now its working fine. However the whole process took one full month and 3 engneer visits…
