Like: Build quality.
Dislike:
1. No proper support in India
2. Very very hard to upgrade as the motherboard is custom built.
3. The expansion slots are never meant to be used. If you try to use you need to buy special brackets which is not available in India.
4. M.2 SSD cannot be attached to this PC without a retainer bracket. The cost of retainer bracket via service center is Rs 6200 and it is not available anywhere in outside market.
5. Wifi/Bluetooth expansion is a night mare. It can be done using PCIE card but hard to connect the card to the usb pins in motherboard as the motherbaord is built with non standard connector dimensions.
6. Customer care is the worst. Pathetic guys do not know about the computer at all.
7. Premier support as they say is a gimmick.Forget premium, they cannot even provide basic level of support.
8. Overall worst experience and I never recommend it to my worst enemy.
