As the title says the laptop comes with ms office but without activated or product key. As per description it should have either activated MS OFFICE or else should have sent product key with it

Decent laptop. Mostly worth the admission price of 32k. 3/5. Buy if you’re desperate.
—————————————
As I had to quickly go for an unscheduled business trip, I had to quickly arrange a laptop for myself. Desperate for a cheap machine that’d last for as long as the trip, I bought this.
It claimed to be a productivity machine, and that’s the only saving grace because by god it’s not built for entertainment in the least. The battery life is not great (lasts maybe 2 hours at best for me), there is no USB-C charging (so have to carry around a power supply just for this), and the screen is… simply just awful. Look at it. The pictures. The viewing angles are so bad, I cannot stress that enough. Lenovo truly saved every penny with this, and it shows.
The touchpad is so-so, I have no major complaints but I won’t be giving lenovo any awards either.
The keyboard is one of the least awful parts of this machine, it’s actually pretty alright, better than a lot of laptop keyboards I’ve used. This laptop is _decent enough_ for MS Word usage, which is the highest praise I can give it. However, Lenovo still managed to bungle this up. There is no context key. By context key, I mean the key next to the right Windows key on most keyboards. I extensively use that key to do my tasks, and that key is missing. The lack of it is crippling for me, quite frankly. I have absolutely no idea why Lenovo in their right mind removed it from this, because there’s more than enough space on the bottom row to stuff one in, certainly it would be more useful than a right alt or an Fn key that nobody uses.
The I/O ports are surprisingly feature rich and I have only one issue with them, and that is the lack of USB-C charging in the year 2022. There is no reason for a laptop in this year to still need a dedicated DC charging port when USB Power Delivery works perfectly well.
On all other comparable machines, there is a fingerprint sensor in the power button. Not this.
I have not used the webcam so I cannot comment on the quality, but there is a shutter that allows you to physically block it, which is a nice to have.
The included copy of windows + office was simply unnecessary. If I’m buying this for business use, Windows 11 _HOME_ and Office _HOME_ edition are literally less than useful.
The overall build quality is… fine. The lid doesn’t open with just one finger, which is very annoying. But it’s not built like garbage either, it feels nice and sleek in the hand. It’s a machine that doesn’t look cheap, as long as you don’t look directly at the screen. Or anywhere around the screen. Or at its general direction.
Overall, buy it if you’re desperate. I did, and I’m not returning it because it’s good enough for my usage. Keyboards in this segment usually have trashy keyboards, this one has a decent one and that’s good enough for me.

I think it’s great if we I consider I bought ryzen 5 3500u laptop at 35k. So it’s better but again it’s budget laptop so compromises are all there…
1. Display – it’s okay for work but I won’t recommend it for watching any content or sports..
2. Ports – I wish it had more in USB ports… My old 8 years laptop which I bought for 15000 had more ports..
3. Temperature – I think it’s good if I consider my 3500u laptop was always running in 70s,so it’s in 40s but again windows 11 makes it work harder so sometimes it goes in 70s while using Edge and data transfer at the same time…
4.. storage — in 256, I got 196 GB free so little bit windows and driver updates and it’s already 90 GB….so avoid 256 at all costs if you use it for heavy work.. though it uses Samsung SSD and speed is between 2000-2500..
5. RAM – please please please go for 8+8= 16 GB..
I had to restart it twice just bcz it got freeze due to EDGE consumed all memory and I hadn’t opened many tabs….
7- processor – I have only checked benchmarks so I haven’t played any game or used any heavy application but it seems good at this price…
7- upgrade – upgrade options are good and most important reason for most of people for buying it…
8 – customer service – TERRIBLE…. first Lenovo gave me warranty of 10 months, Amazon customer service representative told me to contact Lenovo so i made call to Lenovo and they told me to wait for a month to update it…. I mean I got 7 days replacement time then how would I complain if I don’t get what Amazon and Lenovo promised!!
Then warranty would void if you just open laptop to check internals of your laptop.. such a pain.
No offer for extended warranty… For my old Asus laptop I got 2 years extended warranty for 999 but here it’s so expensive..
9.- other things —- other things work fine. Keyboard has good depth, Wi-Fi has good speed, USB type C data transfer works well and so does HDMI,.
10.. Battery and charging — sorry forgot about it but I don’t think it’s any great but according to budget it’s fine… I have one old gold Intel celeron single core laptop as it’s base speed is 1.1 GHz so gives me loooooooong battery life for reading books but this Lenovo laptop has higher base clock speed so it consumes more power even if it’s 7nm .. my Asus laptop on ryzen 3500u has terrible terrible battery life so this Lenovo seems okay for budget..
So it’s all… Only request is go for genuine sellers as some are selling refurbished stuff at cheaper price.. pay 3000-5000 more but always buy from original and genuine seller..
God bless all..

All about the product is good but build quality of the case needs to be improved some more. And One more usb jack should be availed. And button quality also need to improved.
OVERALL worth buying. It’s good.
