The product details mentioned Ms Office is preinstalled. But its not working. Neither Amazon nor Lenovo nor Sahaj Corp the seller is providing any support. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM AMAZON. THEY ARE GIVING DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS AND THEN U CAN’T RETURN THE PRODUCT. First they will ask you to show it to a technician. Technician will not visit. Then u will be stuck with a defective product.

1- I have received used product, the warranty us committed fot 12 months but it shows 7 months while received,
2-Microsoft office is included in the deal but while activating it is asking to buy the subscription.
After so many calls and process there is no action.
