CONS:
Size is bigger than usual.
More noisy than expected.
Remote doesn’t have backlit.
Rest everything is better than others 😉 so 4 stars.
Tip: Don’t rely on Amazon for installation. Try to contact the service centre directly for quicker turn around time.
KNB Techneers India Private Limited –
Pros- compressor speed control option .Run it at 40% speed. Set room temp at 25 Celcius.(outside temp 38) After 10-20min . Its will start consuming only 300 watt.
For heating.. it run just for 10 min and warm the whole room. On heating water comes from outdoor unit. Its vice versa.
power consumption is negligible as compared to electric heater in room that run continuously at 1000 watt. For heating compressor won’t run for long usually it is off only.
Veer –
Delivered 2 days advance and installed within 24 hours. AC is very good.Cooling fast. Best think is it can run at 40 to 80% power saving mode which is good . Remote should have back lite to use it in night.
Regarding installation the people are not co operative. They lack in workmanship and handling of product. They also damaged the wall badly. Asked 1415+ 500 extra for 4 simple shock absorber used under compressor. Overall good AC…Heating mode not tried yet
Veer –
I like the brand lg . This is my 4th ac but be very careful of the installation guys. They act as if they r doing a favour . Most dont know their work properly n will make a mess of ur home . No one cleaned after installation. Once they get “happiness code” their tone n body language changes. I’m never buying lg ac again .
PRAVEEN –
I was happy with the purchase till it stopped cooling suddenly when it was needed the most, temperature outside is 44 degrees. I am really disappointed with LG services in Delhi NCR as no one has reached me for 2 days, 2 nights have gone without proper sleep. I am regretting to not go with established brands like carrier/hitachi as i have never faced such issues with those products. A product not surviving even one season is beyond me, we expect better quality products. It did work well for more than 2 months so i am certain that installation should not be an issue here.

Good Air conditioning.
After few days outdoor unit making noise after 3-4 min start of the ac and then goes away after 2- 3 min. Then it operates silently. May be bcoz,in starting it has lot of work todo for cooling,thus sound comes due to load on compressor.It sound periodically not countinuously and then goes away. It’s not any fault.
But no effects on cooling. Great AC to buy. Please go on. Great feature packed.

Pathetic installation my advice to all those are considering this AC make sure that the installers should be experienced enough to do this installation, else thay will mess your house like your hose is under construction. Their installation team did not carry basic tool for installation that is bender look at the pics for bending quality they did. Really very disappointing.
