Tv is great. Good picture and nice sound quality. The reason for me giving 4 star is because the magic remote had some issue. It was asking to pair again and again which was really irritating but after complaining Lg guys they resolved my issue but it took them 3 to 4 days to resolve as one engineer came and done reset still the issue persisited. Then next to next day another engineer came and did factory reset with his service remote which resolved the issue. So now am happy as my remote and brand new Tv are both working fine…

This is not an OLED. This is not a QLED. This is neither a high end panel. But it’s better than most of the TVs that you get in 25-35k bracket. The picture quality out of the box is in a nutshell- not good. You need to tweak it up a little. Then you see a whole new world. That’s the best way to get every penny out of this TV. It’s a capable TV, one needs to play a lot around with. This was basically my secondary TV and it’s just about that. If you are used to seeing an OLED or QLED TV don’t even think about it.
I started tweaking it to the film – Top Gun Maverick. And setting it to Cinema home mode and making other changes to this mode helped me to get the best out of this TV.
The TV’s magic remote is good. But lacks a pause, stop and a play button. This makes it difficult to control movies in its native apps. The TVs response to the remote is very slow. The lag is about 2 secs atleast.
Usually TVs sound bad, this has decent speakers. Of course I connected it to a Sony sound bar. That too an age old one. The tv doesn’t have a 3.5 mm jack. I had to use a FIIO optical to analog converter. After setting it to PCM, the sound is very good.
In conclusion, this tv needs to be tweaked to get the best out of it, the brightness, colours and contrast is quite good and acceptable. The web os pre installed has a decent set of apps. Most popular apps have buttons on the remote itself. An additional fire stick May not be needed.

Being an ips panel I expected some greys but in reality, the blacks are dark and every hdr viseo looks amazing. I have watched a lot of netflix and amazon on it and teust me when I say, Our planet never looked better on any other screen. The standard color, brightness and saturation need to be tinkered a little bit to get eye comfort but once you do that, my god what beautiful picture.
