Very Nice Product and value for money TV Processor working good colors are realistic sound quality is decent but only one draw back power rating

Bought for 28,000 during TGIF sale! Apha 5 gen 6 processor is faster than previous gen gen6! TV comes with normal remote which is really bad, has no voice recognition and stiffer buttons, i highly advice to purchase magic remote separately from LG while installation! No 5/5 STARS for not giving magic remote.

After 20 days of viewing, this is my review about the product.
I have ordered 50 inch model of LG Ur7500 from Amazon Freedom Sale. With SBI card EMI option, I got a very good deal of Rs.34.5k. Tv was delivered by Amazon on time as promised. Installation done by local LG technicians on next day of delivery. It was a Customer delight, as I did not expect this prompt service at Jammu.
As my living room has very less Sunlight, my first choice was to have a VA panel Tv. Fortunately my Tv has a VA panel with very good level of Contrast. Upscaling of SD, HD contents are amazing. I have seen HD Plus and 4K contents on different OTT platforms and the results are very much satisfactory.
Heard about WEB OS limitations, but all required OTT platforms like YouTube, Prime video, Netflix, Hotstar, Jio Cinema, Hoichoi, Sony Liv, Zee5 – all are available. Web OS is fast enough in response.
As I had already a good Sound Bar, so sound quality is not a problem for me. But I have tested it without Sound Bar and the TV speakers (20W) had produced very good quality sound. With AI technology, distinct Voice output is heard.
The only Con which I experienced is the Remote delivered with this Tv. It is an IR remote and very difficult to get use of it. After installing LG ThinQ app on my mobile, I felt relieved to some extent.
So request to LG to provide its Magic Remote with this model, as well.
Overall I am quite satisfied with this Tv and it is a Good Value For Money deal for me.

This is the best TV in this segment.
And this is the worst installation response after buying. 3 to 4 days over, no body bothers about installation from Amazon or seller side whoever responsible.
5 star rating for TV.
One less due to installation response.

First of all got this one with magic remote for best price in sale. The picture quality, installation of LG and also delivery of package is all great and best.
The only issue I have is volume of the TV, that seems to be less and quite unbalanced. Other than that there’s no question about whether to buy this TV or not

Product delivery, Installation all in time. But I did not get Product invice and Warranty card till today. Amazon or LG should provide this immidiately. As quoted it is not found uploaded on Amazon.

I read and saw and analyzed lots of TVs in price range of 35k to 45k for 55 inch.
Right from Croma, TCL, MI, one plus, Acer, Hisense, VU, Samsung, Sony and LG.
No doubt most of the TVs were good no deal breakers in any model but there were few differences.
I cancelled buying Croma, TCL, One Plus, Acer, Hisense due to there reviews of after sales service.
Then cancelled Sony as it was going out of my budget for same specs from other brand. I agree sony would have given best possible picture quality.
Then VU GloLed was decent option that I was getting in 38k. With 2 cons. VA panel and other speech and dialogue clarity was not good.
But then confusion was that should i go for known and bigger brand Samsung which was having Crystal ismart at 46k. Again with 2 cons. One VA panel and second samsung did cost cutting by giving remote without and voice assistant support.
So 8k more for bigger brand.
Both the TV had VA panel. And I have bigger living room with dinning area and bigger L shaped Sofa. So I needed ideally IPS panel.
Lg UQ8020 was around 47k so that was third option and It was giving IPS panel. Which was plus point.
So confusion was among those 3.
Then I read that UQ8020 and UQ7500 are exactly same with same screen quality with 2 difference. One UQ7500 does not have magic remote and second bezzels were very slightly bigger than UQ8020.
And suddenly UQ7500 was at 38k. Amazon was giving 5000 coupon. Plus 3k card discount.
That point I finalized UQ7500.
I was getting IPS panel with best color and picture quality. Superb sound clarity. In my 14 x 10 living room plus dining area we keep sound at max 30 and it was enough. With amazing speech clarity and even music clarity. Bigger brand with known after sales service atleast in my area Navi Mumbai. And at the lowest price as compared to other chinese brand.
Also i can purchase magic remote at 1500 which is compatible with this model. So sorted.
Only Con i feel is WebOS. Which I can change by attaching fire stick TV anytime if I feel so.
Super happy with the decision and the price point that I purchased.

The picture quality is great and viewing angles are also good. Will be a great decision to go for this.
The only 2 grievances I have with this TV is the remote and the OS.
The remote has so many buttons! And the button quality is very cheap and you will always be checking which button to press. The minimal designs of the same range like MI and OnePlus look and feel premium.
Secondly, the OS is lags 20-30 percent of the time. It is slow. Mind it not VERY SLOW. But you cannot use it like your laptop.
Netflix and Prime Video app works very well! – 5/5 (
Disney Hotstar app and Youtube App is OK – 4/5
I installed Zee5 and JioCinema. – 1/5. If you press to play the movie it will play the trailer with no option to play the movie. Investment into a Firestick or outer OS will have to be done if these apps are used regularly.
Other than the above, the TV is great. Picture quality is very good.
