It’s picture quality is excellent. See the pic’s attached even you can zoom it.
Extended warranty is vey very costly. 42k for 4 years. LG should look into this.

Amazing tv by LG. Dolby atmos and digital are really good. Picture quality and “true black” oled thing is as good as advertised. Thinq AI and magic remote are great plus. These tools along with Alexa voice commands make sure that you don’t have to move anywhere to operate the tv.

I am writing this review after a month usage, hope my review helps someone with the same confusions i had.
Initially i had started searching for TVs to setup a hometheater at home. My initial search was for a bigger size in an affordable budget. The only choice was VU masterpiece 85inch qled though it was costly we had a visit at the store, this model has been stopped at the factory and even the retail shops of VU prove how pathetic their service would be.
The next choice was for 75 inch tv qled where we had choices of MI at 1.27l and vu at 1.49 and sony 80k at 1.8l. On this search when i reached croma store nearby i realised oled tvs are far better than qled and comparing them was like comparing swift and minicooper car.
But the 75 inch tvs in Oled was too costly they were nearing 4lacs. So we had to go for a 65 inch oled at the price range of 75 inch qled and trust me decision is worth it. Size doesn’t matters it is the experience oled tv gives us.
Atlast we finalized to a 65 inch oled , the next was choosing between sony and lg. Sony oled 65 inch was around 2.4l and had no offers compared to lg diwali sale and we found Lg was the one supplying oled for sony and sony just had the processor engine. Which obviously made our choice as LG ( But majority of the crowd knowing nothing about oled would advise you to take Sony because of the reputation they have across other models)
The next dilemma was between LG A2 and LG C2 65 inch tv. Any reviewes you find online or you enquire at LG store would ask you to go with C2 as it has 120hz refresh rate compared to A2 60hz refresh rate and C2 is little brighter than A2. I would recommend anyone to go with C2 if you are an all time gamer and not occasional gamer like me.
The advantages of A2 over C2 was the price where A2 is available only online and it is 40k lesser than C2 65 inch which is 1.95l . Thanks to Amazon it had very great offers running and i was able to buy LGA2 65 inch for 1.22 lacs. The A2 was at 1.55l and there was a bank discount of 7k and the amaxing part was they were taking any old tv, i had returned an 2010 old lcd tv for 26k which was not even worth 2k in market.
Talking about the experience and performance of A2 till now it has been amazing. I have been using a led tv before this and now i realise the real view of how the movies were taken while watching it over oled by revisiting all the movies on ott. There is no flaw till now on my usage of one month. In short 65 inch A2 is an excellent choice of an oled tv for non-gamers.

Its only 2 weeks owning the lg oled a2 55inch tv after upgrading from mi tv 4x 43 inch. Perfect for viewing within 7-9 feet. With stable internet connection, this tv is a true masterpiece for ott platforms. Yet to view sd/hd channels.
Picture quality is simply awesome with perfect blacks and vibrant colours. Yes in a very bright room it doesnt get too bright but is very much good enough for viewing and countering reflections.
Out of the box by default it delivers beatiful picture quality you only need to turn off the auto power saver mode. You can further tweak around picture settings for your choice of viewing.
It has dedicated oled care settings like screen moving and pixel cleaning. Mind you this doesnt completely shield from pixel burning but it prevents or delays it considerably. However prevent watching sd/hd channels in oled tv to avoid pixel burning.
Coming to sound, this tv’s 20 watt downfiring speakers are way better than many other 20 watt tv speakers. However a default 40 watt or higher would have been apt! Have paired it with jbl 2.1 deep bass soundbar and my living area is a theater. This tv supports dolby atmos so you can pair it with such soundbars as well.
The remote is bulky but magic remote folating cursor is a boon for typing! Voice assistance is okayish! Rather you would be fast moving around with floating cursor!
Coming to connectivity options it has 2 HDMI 2.0 on the sides with 1usb port and cable port.
On the back it has 1hdmi eARC port 1 usb port av in port optical digital out and lan port. Here i believe giving the earc port on backside is bit tricky when the tv is wall mounted as the soundbar hdmi cables have bulky heads.
Coming to delivery and service, while doing open box delivery verification, ensure the amazon delivery personnels open the box from top and not cut from top and pull the tv out. The packaging is such only that the box opens from top like washing machines for example. The tv panel is very thin on 3 sides so take extra caution. Next go to lg website and book an installation service by yourself. I called Amazon after delivery and support said customer need to book installation with brand although there is a free installation service tagged with the order. It could be different in places but in my area in Kolkata, the LG service is very prompt hence i booked with lg directly and they came on the day itself for installation.
You get a free wall mount with any LG oled tv which is brought by service engineer and wont be in the box. Its of high quality. Next is during this festive season you get additional 2yr warranty on top of default 1yr warranty. LG is also offering AMC in discounted rate but for this size oled tv its approx 20.6k the discounted price which i have not opt in as i am yet to discover if pixel burning is covered in it. Then its worth to future proof your tv for atleast 5yrs.
If you have read all through and came this far, THANK YOU SO MUCH! I know its very big for a review but just tried to put down everything from a common users perspective. I hope this helps you make your decision with this tv. Have tried to put down all as much i have known as i am still exploring this tv. Bought it for 86k after all card discounts during festive sale. So anything lower than this or same is a steal deal.

This is cheapest OLED TV available in the market. Some things I have noticed:
– Brightness for HDR content is awesome
– Peak brightness for SDR content is okay but does leave something to be desired especially if you have turned on one or more lights
– Speakers are good and clear. Probably pretty good considering it has only two of them.
– LG TV OS is okay. Most apps are present and boot times for TV are enviable. App switching is also super fast.
– Colors are just awesome
– Blacks are awesome (this is an oled, these are supposed to be awesome in oled)
– Love the dark scenes in content especially movies
– Default modes are trash, make sure to set it to cinema mode for both audio and video. You may try filmmaker mode too.
My rating:
for picture quality I would rate it 8/10 (2 points deducted for low brightness in non-HDR content)
for built in audio I would rate it 5/10 (you will need external audio especially a subwoofer to enjoy this tv)
Overall and considering price point 8/10
