Product review : The product looks great and it’s working really well. The base drawer is an extra benefit for the storage. The inside of the refrigerator has enough storage space and enough utility baskets.
Service review : I bought this refrigerator on 21st of October and it was delivered in 9th of November. The delivery guys told me they were not supposed to open the package and Amazon will process the request for package opening and demo at LG services. We bought this for an exchange with the old refrigerator. Even after 2 days of delivery there wasn’t any response from anyone (Amazon or LG) and they took the old refrigerator also. When I contacted the LG helpline they said
Amazon hasn’t registered any request for your mobile number for package opening and demo. I had to register it myself and wait until they are available. Isn’t that bad to take old refrigerator without opening the package and doing demo of the new one. Nowhere they have mentioned about Package opening and demo. It says package comes with ready to use and doesn’t require installation. The delivery guys told they are not supposed to open the package and if we open the package ourselves the warranty cannot be claimed. We had a new refrigerator which cannot be opened until the service engineer comes. We had to wait for 3 days without a refrigerator at home because of Amazon’s poor request processing. Atleast they should mention in the Q n A about the request for the demo that it should be done by customer themselves by registering at LG using LG helpline number. Nothing is mentioned there. It’s my sincere request for all the new buyers if service engineer doesn’t come along with the delivery associate please make sure you will call up the LG helpline and register and request for package opening and demo. The LG service was really good. They came and did demo on the same day of request

I am writing this review after using 3 months this refrigerator has good space and very fast cooling system also looks very good but one thing o don’t like it’s make some lit bit noise but it’s ok good for small family

This is good if you are newly married and just a husband and wife together. And even then the de-freezer section is not proper. The customer service is worst. I won’t recommend if you are a family of 6 people.

We got this refrigerator at 18,500/- on prime sale deal, value for the money, nice one, all went well, except they mentioned no need for installation in the description, but when it got delivered the delivery guys delivered refrigerator and stand separately, delivery guys told us that engineer will come n they will install it, but no one came , when we called Amazon they said sorry by default it should come fixed with stand, could you please do it for yourself sorry for inconvenience, finally we called local technician, they have installed the stand ..
Apart from this all went well so far, as we bought it 15 days ago am not writing about electricity consumption..
