usb c doesn’t work. No support from lg.

The refresh rate is terrible. Videos have trails when the camera moves quickly or there are fast-moving objects. The shaky effect in the video is because of that. When we watch it with our eyes, it feels not smooth but jerky.
The matte finish is so bad and too heavy. You can clearly see the oily layer always when there is even a bit of light color.
The contrast is bad because it’s an IPS panel, but this is worse than I expected.
The color accuracy is good, but what’s the use – the matte oily finish ruins the experience.
The QHD pixel density is good, but what’s the use – the oily matte finish and trailing videos make it hard to enjoy.
The only good things are the build quality is good, the stand is great, and the USB-C with charging is a very handy feature.
I can’t even return this item.
You’re better off going for FHD and saving money.
Update: I spent a lot of time with the settings to correct the issues I mentioned. I turned off all the LG features, power saver, black stabilizer, response time, etc. This helped in getting smoother movements and better color reproduction. It’s a good panel, but it’s being spoiled by LG’s settings and heavy matte coating. It’s sad. Adjusting the settings has improved my experience a lot. I’ll give it 4 stars now, from my old 2-star rating.
