1. Super Fast Delivery :Bought the fridge on evening around 8 PM, delivered next day afternoon. By 4 PM, LG technician reached for installation and technical guide.
2. Look wise it’s awesome, no scratches or dents observed. Well packed.
3. Space wise, it has lot more space to store, you can adjust the height according to the slot available.
3. Cooling wise, it cools the stuff fastly, since it’s winter it’s in normal mode. No frost seen after 2 days usage. Freezer has very ample space which is needed in the current COVID situation.
4. Covertible feature: Techincian has showed this feature which changes freezer unit to storage unit.(might use in future)
5. Quietly operating, no sound at all, running smoothly.
6. Techincian suggested to use a stand which would cool down the compressor from bottom as there is clearance( not needed if you have open space). I could see the difference before and after using stand(costed around ₹1300)
Nice buy, would post one more review after few months of usage.

Really tall fridge. God lots of room inside. Cooling has been good so far. Its very easy to move it around once it is unpacked and placed on the floor.
The delivery could have been better. They brought it placed on its side in the vehicle. Fridges are supposed to be carried upright because of the coolants inside. But the vehicle thta brought it home didnt have the height to accommodate this fridge upright. Also once taken out there’s no other way to bring it into the house other than carrying it like a coffin.
Bad experience was that one of the shelves inside was not restrained properly with tape. So while I was unpacking or during it’s transport, the shelf had slid out on its groove inside the fridge and got stuck against the door frame inside! Which meant when I tried to open the fridge for the first time the door was budging for an inch and then the whole thing was stuck. I spent a good hour to budge it slightly up down side and all and finally was able to push the shelf inside. There are a few small dents on the door inside due to this escapade.

Stops cooling in summers. Compressor died in 2 years.
Add to that the service is super high class – they don’t have the compressor in entire state of Delhi. And getting it from Pune will take 6 days. These guys at LG should get medals

Okay so the product from rating looks fine.
But let me tell the if you are planning to buy, Please do not buy from Amazon. The support is pathetic or has become pathetic. I always vouch for Online as you have cheaper and more options, but better pay a little extra but buy from retail.
I ordered this refrigerator, received a manufacturing defect one. While purchasing they show 10 days replacement only but later on they will say only return is possible. They will assign Delhivery to pick up the return and Delhivery will make your life hell, will not come for pick up and will not pick up calls. Amazon will keep rescheduling pick up again and again and this will go on, I approached consumer ministry helpline then only they picked up the product.
Ordered again, thinking may be a one time experience, forgive and move. They delivered the same defective product. We refused to accept using open box inspection option but now they have not refunded my money. Honestly, I have called them over 20 times and each time a different executive says a different thing.
My money is being stucked. Amazon will waste your precious time and energy. Do not Buy from Amazon.
Amazon is excellent for small items but do not buy large or costly appliances or items from Amazon, you will regret it.
If you are lucky, will get good product but in case of any issue get ready to call Amazon 10 times a day everyday.
I even mailed India head Amit, he or his team saw my email and a guy named Adam followed up, it was just a formality. He never meant to help, just a call and sympathy. No solution, never responds to email, just emails asking for feedback.
Go For Retail, Do not buy from Amazon. You can try filpkart but again might throw same case.
Inshort, Avoid Amazon, they are pathetic. If India head is not helping you, how call center executives will help.

Pros:-Fridge is Excellent in Its Outlook, Interior.
Liked better than Samsung in design and look as I have to return Samsung’s due to Delivery Person mistake by laying down flat on floor to remove cover while unpacking which should have been cut open.
Liked Fruits Drawer convenient to use. Function and Temperature Selector location inside which is less likely to be damaged compared to outside as used rarely.
Also Controller and Inverter etc location on Top better than backside.
Operation is silent and cooling is as required in Both Freezer and Veg Section.
Being convertible is advantageous.
Mostly will save Electricity bill being 3 Stars and Annual consumption of 215 Units, though difficult to assess and depending upon Loading and Numbers of times door is opened.
Liked wheels/ coasters one side for ease of mobility.
Cons:- Small 8 Eggs tray, which should be full door length for more eggs.
LG Demo guy was in so much hurry only to get good feedback. Took 5 Minutes only to Installation and another 5 Minutes to Explain.
Better check and tick Demo and Installation list yoursef before signing. And questions if required.
