I have purchased this microwave from amazon seller named as brand authorised sales (aarav enterprises) .
Although packaging was excellent and a glass bowl set was also there but No Starter Kit was provided along with this.
Addition in review :
For starter kit ( i checked online there are many offers page of LG and came to know that only glass bowl set comes with convection model of 28 ltr and above) AND (starter kit comes only with solo and grill models ). Amazon should edit the listing with correct offer as this has created confusion for many consumers.
There is also confusion about warranty and for this also, i want to clear 1 + 4 warranty is clearly mentioned on LG offer page.
Coming to microwave, it is very good in looks and large enough for a family of 4 – 5 but the buttons given looks like of poor quality as compared to LG brand reputation, also black colour of button is a big disadvantage .

Oven is fine for family use. LG person came to give quick demo on very next day of delivery.
But there is no mention of 4Yrs of magnetron warranty on any invoice or document which was mentioned at the time of purchase since purchased before 31Dec2020. When contacted, Amazon people asked me to check with LG and LG guy asked me to check with Amazon again for this, which was disappointing.

Though much has been talked about this microwave,the efficiency of the microwave is unsatisfactory.Takes double the time and covers less area.Perhaps the larger capacity is making it inefficient while cooking.Om not very happy with this product as operation is complicated and the efficiency is unsatisfactory.

I got in the Amazon season sale at 13,500 after bank discount. It’s the worth the money at this price. It comes with starter kit & it’s really easy to use.

I don’t surprise seeing it’s quality and features, knowing LG makes good products. This has very good features that we could use in day to day life and of course LG known for its product quality…

I have used Microwave ovens in the past so am used to the basic operation. i found this very intuitive to use straight away and made a couple of Pizzas on the first day we used it. My wife has been baking cookies and muffins and I cant wait to see what else we can do with it. Big enough for our requirements. It does take up a lot of space on our tiny kitchen table but that is not it’s fault.
