Added as a second monitor for my Mac mini. Running with another LG 32″ bought a few years ago.
They look great together.

I am not a professional user. only just for general work purpose and occasional gaming. In general it is good. the pic quality is sufficient for my daily work. i m an engineer and it is good enough for (not a huge) 3d model.

Absolute bargain from a trusted brand. It’s nicely built, looks good, minimalist, small bezel, excellent control interface, thin and light weight. Picture quality is excellent for price. Not a fan of the half circle stand. Notification from Amazon that parcel was picked up Aramex (Fastway) sends shivers down my spine however it did get delivered on time this time.

Extremely bad customer support team. I bought 2 identical monitors around 2 months back and within a week, one of the monitors started showing issues. The screen was patchy sometimes or green as shown in the pictures. Sometimes it would correct itself and sometimes it would just stay that way and I would end up switching it off. Also, the inbuilt – speaker wasn’t working and the resolution did not have the UHD of 3840×2160. It was only 1920×1080. With all of these problems, I called the LG call center and the customer support rep started talking about repairing it etc. I immediately told him that a repair was not acceptable. This is a brand-new monitor and hardly a week old and I’m not ok to take a defective piece. He was not able to put me onto his manager, as I’m sure that the LG managers are too busy to listen to customer complaints. I specifically mentioned to the customer support rep that I don’t care for any of their internal policies about warranty etc – that this is a brand-new monitor that is defective and they need to send a replacement home. I’m not willing to run around to service centers trying to get a brand new monitored repaired (why should I ??). He agreed and mentioned it in the case and assured me, that after the LG service folks come home and confirm it’s defective, they would provide me with a replacement. After this, there was no further action and I kept chasing them for 2 months and finally they arranged for a call back from an LG service center – I guess they hoped that I would get tired of chasing them and give up on my case. The call came today – now, even though the customer support rep had mentioned on the case that I wasn’t willing to accept a repair or go into the service center, the person who called me today told me that I had to take the monitor in for repairs and that I would NOT get a replacement. This was after the Customer support rep had assured me that I would get a replacement. Very Unhappy with the product and even more unhappy with the support. LG defn lost my trust. A couple of my colleagues were asking me if they should buy the same monitor as they knew I about my purchase – immediately told them to go elsewhere. Anywhere but LG. That’s how upset I am with LG.

Very capable monitor. I love the mini-joystick controlled menu – everyone should do this. Sharp, nice colours. The only downside: I do get banding on some game loading screens which didn’t happen with my previous monitor. HDR mode is amazing.
