This review is only on the first impression of the fridge.
Would have been happier if “installation” happened on the day of delivery. A star less for that, and since the 48 hour installation window in a metro city is ridiculous
Working fine for now, but hope it doesn’t turn out like the pathetic Samsung side by side we had, which developed an irrepairable internal gas leak in less than 7 years.
Any meaningful review of product can happen only after a few years of service.

overall a decent product, first delivery was damaged and was not working to the satisfaction, amazon replaced the product, it took some time to replace though, replaced product is good. if the amazon can arrange open delivery and installation at the time of delivery would be great

The door won’t close automatically like fridge doors normally do. When pushed slightly, it gets stuck 5-6 inches away. You have to push it multiple times. When told, the installation person said it will take a month, A MONTH, for the door to work properly.
No handle. Elegant to look at, but odd to use. This shouldn’t be called a surprise though, I should have looked at the photos provided more closely before buying I guess.
There is a notch on top surface of fridge door, running the width of the door, in which you insert your hand and pull it. You have to apply some amount of force to open the door.
The notch to open/close the vegetable tray is provided at the bottom edge of the tray. You will have to bend all the way to the floor to pull out the tray and access the vegetables.
All for corners of the bottom door have cuts in the insulation. I found the cuts alarming! It is by design it seems, not a defect. A label on the side of the door says so. The installation person didn’t mention it either.
I highly recommend to consider other similar brands in the same size range, albeit they being a bit expensive.
It is a refrigerator that keeps food cool, but I will give it negative grade from usability point.

Very nice product but only one problem that is defective delivery, 1st time they bring the dented product again we make it return 2nd time is good please improve the delivery problems

Product is good packing is fine but miner dent in product, I think showroom rejected matarials are provided in this price

Beautiful crafted product by LG. Great to have it for a family of upto 6. Enough space and attractive design. Definitely recommend
