The worst but most significant aspect os the poor build quality of the vegetable basket. Its big and so flimsy… my old 368 litre fridge (LG only) had a bad habit of plastic parts such as the door handles, door shelves and the freezer separater crumbling after a frmew years of use. The compressor (and cooling) works just fine. The glass shelves are ssturdy too. But the parts are not available since the model has been discontiued. This new model looks even more fragile and doesnt look like it will last iven a couple of years. Buy a few spares right now and store them away if you do not want to bang your head in frustration in a few months time! I almost bought this one but changed my mind when i saw the product in the showroom.

The fridge is working well so far , I’m happy with the capacity and the energy efficiency, the fridge was delivered on time and the service technical did a good job explaining it .no draw back so far . Go for it good product .

Glass Shelves used in LG refrigerator are of inferior quality than offered by Samsung & Whirlpool.Best part is Largest & undivided vegetable box only available in LG.
If storage is your priority go for LG.Build Quality is best in Whirlpool

The LG brand is the worst as my unit became faulty after only a few months of use. When I contacted the service center, they were pushing for an AMC rather than servicing the product. I would advise against purchasing this product as it is a waste of money.
