Had bought the product wasn’t working contacted lg care on thier chat bot with a day service guy attended and saidaagnet had gone need to be replaced ,gotnit replaced with in 2days superb product , excellent customer service

Nice quality, works great, Note that only the timer setting slider, quick start with 30 sec, and pause/stop can be accessed from outside. The rest of the buttons are inside the door which is not bad since most of the times door needs to be opened and can set the cooking times that way.
I have almost always used the quick start that adds 30 sec with each touch, or adjustable time (slider in this case), so I’m happy that those most used controls are accessible from outside

A very powerful microwave oven that heats up food at least 50% faster than the higher end units. Also very spacious – can accommodate even larger bowls. Much better purchase than the multi functional Samsung/LG convection microwave if your primary objective is to reheat your food and beverages.

Bought this in 2020 gave service for 2 and half year after that touch issue started asking 5-6k for repair which is half the price..lg samsung no more considered for long run…if planning to buy for year or two then only consider it else don’t buy…LG appliances have been terrible these days.
