Have been using it almost 3 weeks and so can’t be affirmative about a review. Though the product is very nice for big family with more than enough space. The temperature can be controlled by using a software application in your mobile. And it’s 3 star which would make energy efficiency much better. Until now everything is working well and is loving it. Shall try to update later after one year.

Bought this after months of research! Initially looked at side by side refrigerators but the storage space in them is cramped , and even though they look stylish, but for Indian homes, a large double door refrigerator makes more sense if you are upgrading for size/have a big family/large storage needs. The product arrived fast, and installation and demo was done swftly. The glass front panel looks beautiful in black, though does get smudges and spots, so needs regular cleaning to keep it shiny. The shelves are super strong and spacious and cooling is superb. Makes ice in a jiffy! The veggies compartment is adequate and the freezer and chiller compartments huge! Have been using this for 5 months without any trouble .Would definitely recommend !

Built Quality is not very tough that’s why I gave 3 starts, from outside its really good but from inside its just average quality plastic (probably because of degrading quality over the years)
Cooling is good, initially the first day its takes time to cool after that its cooling is really good. Prepares ice in 3-4 hours.
Space is good as its a 547 liter fridge (dimensions for reference W-31.5 inches, H-72 inches, L- 32 inches)
Operation is very silent (no sound at all) you barely hear the machine working)
Service – Very well provided by Amazon and LG. Thanks to both. At the time of delivery they will place the machine where ever you want and unbox it to see if there is any damages. After that the LG technician will visit within a day (usually visit in just few hours) and gives a demo.
Features – express cool, hygine fresh, touch panel(with child lock), kinda inbuilt stabilizer (no need for a stabilizer).

The fridge seems to be of good quality but the service of LG is pathetic. The installation guy came and had installed the fridge in a way that even if I touched the fridge it would rattle, and when I asked him why this is happening, he said that fridges of this size are supposed to do so.
He even said that we shouldn’t connect it with Wi-Fi as it would ruin the fridge. To add to my woes he said that I should definitely take the extended warranty which costs 11k+ for four years, as these fridges do come up with problems. (Wow LG!)
I complained when the LG guys called me for a feedback and then to their credit they sent another guy to check on the rattling issue.
Unfortunately, This guy also wasn’t willing to acknowledge that there’s a problem. Only after insisting that the fridge is too unstable did he look into it. On finally checking, he found out that there’s a plate under the compressor which needs to be changed as it is rattling. The part needs to be replaced now. It’s been two days and I haven’t received a single mail or call acknowledging the issue or that it will be resolved. Please be very careful while buying this fridge.
I thought I was in Gurgaon and I wouldn’t face any issues with service but boy, was I mistaken. I can’t even imagine how they’re going to treat customers in tier 2 cities.

This is a really good storage refrigerator but features wise there is not much.
Also buy extended warranty while purchasing this, as my pcb blew just after warranty was over its costing 8000 just for pcb.
I bought as i needed more space for storage else i would have gone for a smart one
