The media could not be loaded.
Stopped working in 8 months. Wasn’t able to provide any resolution, they changed compressor, gas multiple times then gave up saying it can’t be fixed even under warranty. Finally got a call from some service center broker to sell it in cheap , then i understood the scam of Bangalore service center by Monica, Bala, jagadeesh… They did it intentionally so that they can buy and fix it. Sold 1 lac fridge to them in 20k and got a new samsung to avoid harrassment to family.

It’s a product by LG to make money, it’s cooling isiserably low, every month there is a issue and you need to spend for services/ repair after one year warranty.

This is the best product i could order in this price range, other products with french doors are costing more than 1.25 lacs, even the same refrigerator is available in local dealerships for 1 lac, so it was a very good deal.
Next is the storage capacity, too much to be used for a small family, but my wife is managed to use it all. Freezer space is too much for vegetarians.
Very fast cooling.
Delivery through delhivery is bad, i had to raise two complaints before i could get it after 3 days of scheduled delivery time.
Wifi is nothing but a gimmick, u will hardly use it. But to tell other what’s new in your lac rupee fridge is,,,, something different.
French door is the best feature as it saves lot of electricity as u open only the required area, specially freezer side.
Fridge is above and freezer is below, that is good
Overall very fine and excellent product, worth every penny of it

2 doors freezer. Can organize frequently used vs rarely used items.

Converible freezer is not in this model

Highly satisfactory product. LG service was very quick and excellent.
Spacious and extremely quite. Could not make out if the fridge was running.
Fridge being on top is convenient. Good LED light everywhere.
Wish was that one lower freezer should be convertible. Short of this, it is a excellent buy though slightly costly.

One of the best buys so far. Initially was a bit reluctant to purchase online. But trusting Amazon went ahead with the buy. Product was delivered a day before the expected delivery date in excellent condition. Installation was done just a day later. The storage capacity is amazing. Easy to clean shelves. The benefit of single large shelves over side by side refrigerator shelves is increased available storage space. I dont have to think twice about the storage Contrainers shape and size. Freezer area is another boon. We are just a family of two. But considering our busy life style, we can cook in bulk on Sundays and holidays and store for later use. Food remains fresh for days together. Vegetable compartment has fruit storage and vegetable modes. Two separate compartments make the drawer easier and smoother to pull. The only flaw is that right upper door does not get closed as there is no provision for magnetic door shut down. Refrigerator gives gentle sound alarms if door remains open. The sound is loud enough to get heard and is not at all irritating.
