I had been using LG fuzzywash machine for last 12 years. The old machine was still in good shape but I wanted a new one .. so decided to go for this one. I have been using the LG 6.5 Kg 5 Star Smart Inverter Fully-Automatic Top Loading Washing Machine for few months now. As expected, the product is excellent. Delivery and assembly was done on time. I like the changes they have done to the machine.. like the lid does not shut with a bang now, it slowly and gently comes down and rests on the tub.. there is a metal sheet on the back instead of a plastic sheet.. The superdry etc now shows realistic counters (no of mins, in old machine it used to show 30 mins which was not required at all). Overall, I am more than satisfied with the product. Thank you LG!

Firstly, the washing machine is highly recommended. I have used this model before, and the whole washing process is a piece of cake. Although I prefer going with the manual settings but the presets can handle almost any type of wash. Secondly, while buying from Amazon, I could avail the exchange offer. The amount received in exchange of my almost 10 years old semi-automatic was more than what any local seller was ready to pay. Summing it up with additional discounts, the whole deal was the best one could get. Thirdly, delivery, exchange and installation (which requires communication between Amazon and LG) were all done on a single day even though it was weekend. I am more thab satisfied with the product and the overall service. So would recommend buyers to go for it.

I went on buying LG washing machine even though we have multiple other brands in market in less price….
But when coming to durability nothing better then LG
I have been using this washing machine from last 3 weeks and no issues were observed till now…
Wash quality is very good and tested washing machine by selecting default wash cycles and by selecting favorite option ( manually we can select the was,rinse and dry )
All over very good product and it’s a happy deal for me.
Noice while washing and rinsing is minimal
LG service was scheduled with in a few hours of delivery and the guy who assigned from LG was quite and just explained the details and started marketing this products ( tub wash powder and washing machine cover ) but not forced to buy..overall a good experience
If your are looking for a long term durability and a good wash quality…pls go for it….

I have 2 of this item… it’s really easy to use …..people of different ages use it in my house and everyone likes it. You can complain about the buzzer , its so low in sound that I can’t hear it even after standing next to machine. Else everything is good.

Though I ordered for 6.5 but the size looks almost the same as 6.2 but still loves it hope it works well for my mother in law too..
