It’s been 5 days till now we got this machine. It’s absolutely best one in the market. Previously we had lg front load washing machine which worked for almost 7 years and now we got this. Everything in this washing machine is perfect and the size is good. Generally for 6 kg front load the size will be huge but for this drum size is big but the overall size of the machine is small compared to other 6 kg front loads which makes it compact design. And also direct drive technology is absolute brilliant and it will last for many years for sure.

Reviewing after 1month usage.(Rated 3* because of worst installation from LG)\n\nDoes the job. No noise during the entire cycle of washing. Just a little vibration during the end of washing and rinse. consume less electricity and water. Also clothes don’t get mix with each other which is good. Delivered as per my date and time. 100% Satisfied with delivery.\n\n****Installation****\n\nWorst experience from LG Installation dealer from #Chengalpattu, #Tamilnadu region. \n\nLack of product knowledge from the agent who came for the installation process. It’s quite difficult to remember all the product knowledge is understandable, but he could have gone through the specific product features before going for an Installation. \n\nWe have already completed all the requirements for Washing machine. The agent came and completed some basic works connecting hose like that because we have completed all the electric and pipe connections as per requirement.\n\nThe he just read the types of washes and started the machine without clothes(he could have asked the clothes but he didn’t).\nAgent is urge to leave without explaining all the basic questions of the product.\n\n I have seen the same the LG model wasging machine installation process in my friend’s house(chennai). The agent deeply explained every nook and corner of the product and motivate to ask us questions. But in my scenario(village), Its quite opposite. \n\n A service should be same irrespective of the place (City/Village). \n\nThe agent didn’t know the purpose of 2 detergent tray. He just simply told, one is for powder and other is for liquid but i already know one is for pre-wash & the other is for main wash by some home work before buying the product.\n\nP.S: Agent is not happy with not purchasing De-scaling powder from him (Actual powder price is 3X less in flipkart.)
