The delivery was on time and the next day LG service people called as well.

Did a few loads of washing. It’s good, but at 1200 rpm spin cycle we need to ensure machine is level and has good grip to the floor (LG provides grip stickers to be placed under the stand). If we don’t use stickers, then it shifts a bit due resonance created by high rpm of the spin cycle
Used the WiFi enabled appcontrolled start stop and wash selectors. It’s great and feels like we are digital world.
All in all expeirnce is satisfactory till now. Can’t comment on the robustness until we use it at least for a few montns. But hopefully claimed the inverter direct drive technology should make this machine more resilient as due less moving parts

Is it really 7kgs..?? I was using IFB 6.5 kg washing machine for 13 yrs n still find the drum bigger compare to this 7kg LG one.. Is it only me or do others also feel the same..??

I bought this machine around 2 months ago and maybe used it for around 10-15 loads.IFB washing machine which I bought some 13Years ago used to wash my clothes far far superior than this machine.I did not buy IFB because they charge radiculously high prices for even the basic maintenance/ repair.Part of the reason for the inferior wash I think is the very short time of wash cycle less than 2 hrs at the highest setting. There are dirt / stain marks obtained by normal use of clothes even after full wash cycle which my older machine as I said used to completely remove even on cold wash cycle. I use surf liquid detergent and even increased the detergent quantity almost by double than recommended and decreased the clothes load per cycle still with the same inferior wash quality. Should have gone for some other brand.The main purpose is defeated here so don’t care how many features this machine has.Would not suggest it to any potential buyers if you ask me.

Because of the pandemic local dealers ran out of stock so, bought this in 35k in Amazon. Installation done on the very next day. The installation guy has good knowledge about the product. Explained in a professional manner. My washing machine didn’t fit through the kichen door to install it in wash area. The machine front cover has to be removed and shifted to the wash are then refitted.
This machine has adequate preset settings to wash all kinds of clothes. Specially allergy and babay steam care is very useful if you have small kids . Takes very less water to wash the clothes. Removes good amount of dirt. If a shirt collor is dirty then my advise wash the collor before putting into the machine. Clothes come out clean and 60 percent dry.
Overall a good buy
