The best in the segment. It’s performance is very good. Cleans the clothes very effectively and efficiently. Simple to use. Delivery was on time. Installation was very delayed and lame response from LG service engineer. Due to which I had to make multiple attempts to get in touch with LG service personnel through flipkart. Post that he came late, & was in very hurry to collect the happy code and leave the premises. People will think twice, before going for LG products. Hopefully LG services will improve this in future.

Quality product from a trusted brand.\nDelivery boys were polite.\nInstallation guys were also polite and professional.\nInstallation was hassle free.\nNow coming to washing machine… \nI have purchased 7kg varient. Our family is of 4 people. It more than sufficient for us. It is sufficient for 5 people also. \nTill today I have used it for almost a month \nIt is really a good machine. No need to manually wash clothes afterwords. It removes all the dirt. It does not make any loud noise while washing. Very silent. Power consumption is also less. Touch pannel and display given is very easy to use and all options available which you will ever need. It almost dries the clothes completely after washing by spinning action. \nIn short it does its work perfectly. No complaints at all.\nGo for it with eyes closed. \nComplete peace of mind.

Very good product..I have already a washing in my home which was good going so I again went for the lg ..and the same very good product.. about the flipkart delivery 1st they told me arrange the self pick up because their vehicle was not entering upto my rented house ..but I declined I told to arrange them ..so they reschedule to the next day and promising me .they delivered me with in the time before my office hour bcz I live alone .very good product as well as flipkart delivery..\n\nAbout the installation it was good but plz purchase pipe online or from Market bcz lg provides small pipe so fitting can be issue.. if you purchase from installation guy they will charge 3times of the mrp .

It’s been couple of months and the machine is really working as expected/good. \nThe installation went really smooth even in the tier 3 city which is appreciated.\nFlipkart Open Box delivery process is good which brings transparency.\nMost Important it is budget friendly. You will get a front load WM with inbuilt heater in the price of Top load, one should really consider this point before making any decision.\n\nMarket is competitive but you can trust the Brand here.\n\nIf you are getting this within range of 23-25k It’s the most Value for money investment you would ever make…\n\nPros – Budget Friendly, 1200RPM, Smooth Function.\nCons – Does not display wash cycle, Drum size is ok.

Fantastic product at the price i got it for. The landed price i got for this machine after exchange was 19k,which is just amazing. Working absolutely fine so far. Used only 4-5 times. Compact, silent & the wash quality is quite good. Only 1 small con- the led light on the wash selection button is quite dim. As my machine is place outside in balcony, we have to everytime provide some shade from hand to select the wash function. Rest all is fantastic
