Prior to this, we were using a Whirlpool Bloom Wash Top Load 8 kg machine, which was bulky. Compared to that, the LG machine is a very compact one, noiseless, and easy to operate. I am very happy with the service provided by LG in the installation process which was super fast as the machine was installed and tested the same day of delivery. We are using the same for the past week and so far we are happy with its overall performance. Thanks to both Flipkart and LG.

The product is ok, working very well and clean quality is good. But basic machine – no hot wash, no water storage. Lot of control, but basic control not possible – with both soak and wash, cannot adjust wash time. Cannot fill water with lid open – basic requirement to be able to add detergent later without wash cycle starting. Cannot put on stand as recommended by LG.\nBut main reason for low rating I gave is flipkart buying experience. There was bank offer, but my regular card (not commercial or special card) always declines to pay depriving of the discount offer. Then the exchange of old machine was declined pointing to a tiny brown tinge as rust for a working washing machine.

Excellent delivery by Flipkart. Exchange pickup and checks were seamless. On time and in good condition. Delivery personnel were professional and courteous and masked. \nInstallation was as mentioned within 48 hours. LG person was also very professional and punctual. \nSurely recommend.

Chose it over IFB the performance is at par if not above the IFB top load. Saying this because i already have a IFB top load machine in my home. Pretty much satisfied with it. Most importantly the service provided by LG is much better as compared to that of IFB.

Good machine. Cleaning cloths very well. Jet spray is just a price game. But the model without jet spray it’s just unnecessary 3-4K extra. There is nothing like jet. It’s just normal tap water coming through different hole.\n\nOver all performance is good. Very silent operation DC moter. No noise no vibration. No lint left on cloth. The lint filter works well provided that you keep it clean all time.

New Machine no issues. I am using LG Washing Machine since 20 years. This is my 4th New machine Installed yesterday. Good packing, on time delivery and installation. \n\nOnly the old exchange buyback value should to mention correctly. In my case working condition old machine, Delivery person reduce value by 50% on exchange old product amount mentioned on site. So Company / Vendor keep one fixed policy and price for exchange of old machine working condition and/or not working condition. No further bargain should be happening with delivery boy.
