Got delivery of machine and received installation and demo same day, thanks to Flipkart and LG. Impressed with the sturdy and stylish look of the machine, Wash results are also superb.

I got it by Rs 31490 . The performence is good. Give low noise. The delivery mode was not good. Only the toto driver came with this product. It is difficult to take 1st floor. So I kept it for few days on ground floor. Demo was done well. Thanks to flip kart for sending this remote area of my residence. I am at a village town of Uttar Dinajpur district ,West Bengal.

Overall really best washing machine. I had ordered fht1207 but I have got upgraded version fhv1207zwp which is the latest model with AI DD . Very happy with the installation persons and they have got very well knowledge with the installation and the product explainations .. totally happy with washing machine installation and delivery also very good . Noise is very less and no vibrations at all . Cleaning and drain also very good . Best one .

Lg products are always comes with good design and performance.
This product is also very wel designed. Drain motor make some noise that’s the only negative thing I observed. It’s been 20 days I am using this machine no issues so far and wash quality is really great.

Everything is good as expected from flipkart, but one thing i notice you. Your exchange policy is disappointing me. For a inch rust at the below of the old machine founded and charged me extra rs. 1400. I think the said rust not a noticeable. Otherwise your service is too good. Thank you.

Was able to get at a wonderful deal during Big billiion $ sale 2020..
Product was delivered just in couple of days of ordering, and installation happened much earlier than scheduled date..
Installation person was knowledgeable and gave us a quick demo recommended us not to buy a stand as it will increase the vibration and is not recommended by LG. Brought machine cover Bosch make from amazon.
Underestimated the size.. shld be idiol for a family of 7- 8 people for daily usage.. and the price difference between 8, 9kg is not much.
Works smoothly and is silent apart from some sounds now on then which is part of the other sounds
Works well , sounds low and is good..
Wifi access was a big challenge did not went on easily finally with a different router it’s fine.. nothing much in the app, looks way old and outdated. u can monitor the real time status of the machine and does give a notification once finished. To remote switch on u need to enable it on the machine each time the machine is started.
Hoping LG upgrades the app in par with other apps.
Just 02 year warranty, as IFB gives 04 years..
Extended warranty costed 7k for 03 additional years. What I saved in sale had to spend here.

Best washing machine this price range , (dont open package before technician visit). If use washing machine before technician visit damage ur washing machine , avoid warranty). Should remove Transit Bolt

coming to installation, he suggested to buy some packets to wash the tub, I said I’ll buy later and washing machine cover also. I guess he’s much interested in selling the products and he’s in rush while giving demo. Not satisfied with demo installation. But it’s ok . I study the material and understanding a bit more.
