The product is extremely unusable. Even after product went to factory for rechecks post first complain. The issue remains same. Clothes are getting damaged. Not recommended and warning for other customers.

Initially I was worried after reading reviews about product and even reviews about the dealer, then I had the issue discussed with amazon and requested them to get it thoroughly checked, I also wrote about my concerns to dealer and requested for genuine product, it is all smooth now and I am happy with the product, the 9Kg Washing Machine works good enough to prove that LG is king in washing machine sector (atleast in india)

Brilliant wash but sounds like helicopter while spinning. Some loose bolt mechanical sounds comes while spinning above 1000 RPM. Otherwise washing quality is superb and can control through wifi
