it was old review when i was facing issue in returning the wrong product.\n\nNow I have no issues as my refund has been done.\n\n\n\nI have ordered lgs product but received aquagaurd product. Now facing issues for texturing it inspite of request for return generated more than once

Purchase and installation went smoothly, the product is definitely best in class being from LG, the installation was carried out by an LG technician and LG was quick to respond to a request for installation. Overall very satisfied.

Excellent product. LG service is good as well. Water quality & taste is amazing. One will start drinking more water as well. Product is of a superior standard. Only thing you will have be prepared is to shell out substantial maintenance cost, as the annual service charge is very much packaged i.e. hygiene tank cleaning + filter change will cost about 6k per annum, where filters are not standard size and only available with LG service executives.
