Flipkart teams has a very slow and incompetent installation team. Their customer service is just icing on the cake. No calibration.
The product from LG is good, as always. Cools the room rather faster than expected.
Doesn’t consume much energy.
Would recommend
– purchase here but get the installation done from a local or LG technicians.
– purchase it from some where else.

AC is very compact , sound is ok and cooling is excellent. I am vey happy with AC but very disappointed with remote. A company like LG don’t have technology to provide light in remote display. To use remote in night you have to 1st switch on room light and then only you can use remote properly .

It’s been more than week since I’m using this to be honest design & cooling is perfect but this not silent at all and i think it make noise more than others(this is what i feel) and didn’t liked the packaging it was not that safe it should be protected with thermal foam every side.. Overall ac performance is great.
Update after almost 4month of use: It’s not that silent at all! And i feel its differ in cooling from other ACs (bit low room cooling) but yeah if the person is standing infront of the AC then it will freeze you but this kinda feel like a cooler experience if we have to sit infront of the AC😂

First of all thank you Flipkart for delivering on time and at a price cheaper than market.
Pros:
1.As promised, very silent operation. Its noises less than any summer cooler or high speed fan.
2. Cooling is 10/10.
3. Compact design.

Have run at 40 percent capacity for most of the summer still good cooling at set temp of 26 deg the bill is also very less
