Recently I bought this water purifier at the price of 16000 and after using it for a month I really like the product as the TDS of the water remains the same all over even after one month of usage.
After the delivery of the product I got the call from customer care regarding installation and all and within few hours the concerned person was at home to install it.
Design the product is great and looks good. Best part is that we get stainless steel tank in it which make the water clean and don’t add any bacteria to the water. The stainless steel tank is way safer than a plastic tank.
We get 3 filters in the body which provides best purified water out of it. The 5 stage water purification works really well and it ensures that you are getting safe drinking water. The purifier has smart LED in front of it which notifies you when tank get full or empty.
Overall in this price I would suggest you should go for it.

Installation and service for year one is good. The design of this product requires you to spend about 4.5 to 5k INR every year for filter change. Another 500 to 1000 INR every 4 months for inlet filter change. Seems like LG doesn’t have enough brain power to solve this in a sustainable manner. Don’t go for this product as it requires heavy duty Opex costs y-o-y

I would like to give the product a 3star
Reason for 3stars:
Product looks good. Easy to operate and quite unique. Easy to install.
However, I deducted 2stars:
As in this price, this product is RO only and same products in different brands, like Kent, Livepure etc are giving many more features.
Conclusion: Don’t go for the looks, go for features. I would not prescribe to buy this at this price category as, other brands are giving more safety to your water.
At the end, you know your water source, hence, select a purifier more judiciously.

Looks good in 2 months of usage.
Need to see how it goes in medium & long term in terms of maintenance and reliability
However I need to do follow up with LG customer care and then with the service center to get it installed. It was delayed by 2-3 days but issue was lack of communication & update. I can understand the delay but customer should be informed with proper communication and reason. I had decided to cancel the order but got their call and issue got resolved the same day. The reason for purchasing the same was brand of LG which assures good service ( very Happy with their Window AC product & service) which was not the case in installation but this can happen sometimes and RO business is completely different then other appliances. Second reason was the presence of steel tank which is great and now I am not botherd even if the water is stored for 2-3 days in RO.
Working perfectly till now but have to check how is the follow-up servicing and maintenance
