The product is excellent.
Additional Packing by seller is much recommended as the conpany package can get damaged during transport. Seller to check the availabilty of the user for installation for first time.

Costly, no TDS controller, needs more space, taste is not good initially, steel tank is positive in it, no cap available for water outlet, water outlet tap is always open, you cannot wash your steel tank, it’s fixed and invisible, discarded water amount is almost same as filtered water, and one year AMC cost is more than 5000 (costly), they do not have AMC record online, you have to remember AMC for them, spare cartridge will be provided only by serviceman may be…

I’ve installed the product.
All of these are my initial impression of using the product for a day.
Things that seem to be great
1. Good build quality for the water storage – steel tank and water tight seals.
2. Great post sales support, as there is a service card attached to the device. LG claims to send their engineers for periodic cleaning without us calling them.
3. Water fills up pretty fast.
4. The remineraliser is good, as the taste of the water is very good
Things that are not so great
1. Look and finish – its a bit bigger compared to the zerob model that I had previously. The body colour is black which I’m not a big fan. Folks who care about the aesthetics should factor this in.

Bought an AMC and inside filters are blocked and stopped working after 7 months and they simply saying during AMC we will replace filters only time. During AMC they will replace inside filters only once if they blocked they wont replace and ask us again to buy AMC so think before buying this product.

Good product in this price range, packing could have been bit more better, as there was no damage i am ok with it. Communication from seller end was very good and effective, as the sediment filter was missing in the package when I received it, but seller managed to get one from the service centre and he paid for it. So i am good with the
Purchase. The product looks good in quality and i am happy with use of it almost 1 month.

I purchased in July 2019 with this high initial cost. Product is nice but after 1 year I experiencing high maintenance cost which is rupees 7000 per year in the name of AMC servicing cost. This is inevitable year by year. Felt very expensive. So I recommend that go for medium initial cost purifiers with low maintenance cost available in market. This is my opinion.

The water purifier seems good; I was getting a smell in water while I was using my old water purifier, but after using this LG WW182EP I am not experiencing similar smell. Water tastes ok and smilar to bottled mineral water hence it seems added mineral feature is working properly.It looks elegant too. However I would like to mention that the installation part was painful ; after several follow ups the engineer finally came to assist with installation.

Totally happy wid d purchase. The product came in perfect shape. There ws no pb i faced in d installation process either . .. .even though my installation address ws different frm my billing address. . . didnt hv to call anyone to come install it. . . I wld rate dat a 5 star customer service . . overall a hassel free process.
