It’s a great device..5* for product 1star less becoz of unsealed box, no outer packing and weird pricing. Delivered without any brand seal or tape on it!! Not sure it is new or having any issues..Sound in default was good enough but when I connect it via spdif/optical to my pc and applied apo equaliser, it works like a premium sounder!!Now I love its output..Sweet treble, great clarity, superb bass. But you have to turn down the mid frequency bars slightly and turn up both the low and high frequency ends in equalizer. You can watch my youtube sound test with eq by searching ‘Ajith mohan lg sl4’ in youtube. Please watch it for clear idea. I highly recommend it for pc users. Really disappointed with this kind of prizing..They should have given this offer on prime day too..And the screws for wall mounting are not included!!

Short review:
Look elsewhere even if you find this in a deal less than 9K. This is not worth it.
Doesn’t serve the purpose. It is too loud or too low in volume and the balance can’t me achieved.
The Audio quality doesn’t improve with Optical cable and to my surprise, the audio levels drop even further.
All the above mentioned points still stand true even when paired with LG TV (I own two LG Nanocell TVs).
Price bought at: ₹8991 with card offers.
Long review:
Wanted a soundbar with at least 300watts for my living room and this one lands perfectly in that scale and I thought it is the best deal at ₹8991.
List of shortcomings I noticed after 3 months of usage (Cons):
# It doesn’t sound at LG level of quality.
# Most inferior product from LG.
# Required a lot of time to play with the audio settings, equalizers and modes to land on the best it can give and that is still erroneous.
# Lack of HDMI connectivity (after using Sony’s entry level 5.1 soundbar S20R, I realized how important it is to have HDMI eARC port on soundbar)
# The audio quality and volume drops even lower with Optical cable connection. I felt bluetooth and LG TV mode to be better than any other options available.
Pros:
Not many to mention here but here are few things that are good.
# The materials used are of good quality.
# The remote is also made well and the buttons are soft enough to touch and tactile enough to feel the click.
# It is loud. Though this might sound contradicting with what I mentioned earlier, it is loud enough only when the BGM is played. The vocals are definitely suppressed.
# The presets are easiest way to enhance the audio but that required quite an amount of time and effort to fine tune it.
Verdict: I would say, consider expanding your budget and get Sony or Zebronics under 20K. Though Zebronics is not as trust worthy as LG but it is keeping up in its audio game. I personally felt ZEB 9500 better than this one at about 50% more if bagged it in an offer.

I bought this soundbar in Aug 2022 so I have been using it for a month now. The sound is clear and loud and does not rattle at Max. Volume. Although for a medium-sized room one quarter volume is plenty.
This supports DTS and Dolby Digital. Channel seperation is good enough. The wireless sub-woofer works flawlessly. I recommend using a Optical cable instead of AUX for better quality audio. There is Bluetooth support to connect your phone but it is limited to SBC.
Note: There is no HDMI ARC support! But Optical does the job.
The soundbar and sub woofer look and feels premium. Although remote feels cheap. If you don’t want to use the included remote and use a Firestick then you can pair this and it works fine. Firestick remote allows you to control the volume and on/off functionality with ease. But in order to change sound effects, tweak the Bass or Treble you will have to use the included remote.
I bought this during sale so it costed me around 7.5k and at that price this is an amazing product. Lastly, if you are looking for a replacement for your TV’s inbuilt speakers and don’t care about Dolby Atmos then you should consider getting this one !

Connectivity and configuration is very easy and simple. You don’t need lg technician to install it.
Reducing 1 star since the no cost emi with icici Amazon pay card is not what is displayed during purchase. The interest charged ( exc GST) is more than what is given as discount upfront during purchase. Over that icici charges 199 as charges. Not worth to go for no cost emi with icici.

Product is really good❤️.
I use it with my desktop pc through optical out from motherboard which all motherboards have.
Clarity is great❤️
Bass is good too.❤️
Changed movie watching experience. Better output than others even above the price range.
Don’t expect home theatre/Rs.15000 quality sound/bass which is entirely another level.
Don’t have HDMI ARC audio IN ❌ which is the new technology. Latest is eARC True 7.1

Another one very good product released from LG through Amazon. very good Bass .very effective in cinematic mode. you can listen different mode as per your requirement. only dis advantage if you are having optical out put in your TV that is ok. but if not ,don’t try any converter it is failure. mobile and PC you can easily connect via blue tooth. i am happy with this product. Thank you LG and Amazon.
