 There are plenty of reviews stating missing Powerchord and Remote control, same happened with me with this order
Amazon bluntly asked to return the item without an option for replacement, Appario Retail, although reputed, never expected it to sell such a product with missing assoceries.

Had to keep this soundbar as it’s super comparable with LG 4k TVs manufactured after 2021.

This soundbar is actually good if you have a LG television. Delivers clear vocals for movies and good decent bass for songs with wireless sub woofer.( Sounds good for a 100sqft hall) Rented houses it’s better.

If you want to buy this at 13k odd, with HDMI ARC support to your tv this is a best option even without a power cable. All options from remote can be accessed with Android app LG SOUNDBAR APP.

Btw power cable costs 300rs extra. HDMI
cable with ARC support for 400rs, Add these to cart stright away with soundbar.

If i atleast get refund for my Powerchord and Hdmi cable i would rate this to 5 stars.

La barra tiene buena calidad de sonido.

Es excelente para música. Aunque solo buena para películas (los diálogos se pierden algo con ella, pero es un detalle menor).

Todo bien hasta ahí.

Pero el subwoofer hace de forma aleatoria un sonido clickante muy molesto a alto volumen que interrumpe y distrae lo que sea que uno esté viendo.

No he encontrado como quitar ese sonido.

Y desgraciadamente tiré el embalaje (cajas) justo después de instalar la barra.

No me di cuenta de ello antes. Así que no puedo devolver el equipo.

Consejo: NO comprar.

When I first ordered this I kind of had some doubts. My LG TV speakers have always been weak. I have a very inexpensive sound bar that a friend had actually found. I liked it a lot It sounded much better than the speakers in the TV. It died. I bought this to replace it simply because it was LG and I figured it would work easily with my TV. I simply set the soundbar on the stand behind the TV and placed the Sub against the opposite wall behind a recliner. Hooked up the optical cable downloaded the app and that was it! The sound is really good especially at this price point. I have hearing issues and we’re hearing aids 90% of the time. Even without the hearing aids the sound is still very clear and crisp. It will play loud enough for just about anybody to enjoy. I like being able to control the sound bar with my phone and I also have a remote control for the TV and my phone. No more worrying about where the remote is.

I do have one small complaint. When using the cinema setting for the sound effect I occasionally got a short bump/hum which I assume is a flaw in the signal I received from Xfinity. It’s not present when you use the AI function for the sound effect. It’s flawless. I don’t think you’ll find a better sound bar with a sub at this price point. I am incredibly happy with mine and I think you would be too.

Received this soundbar as a gift. I was hearing random thunderous noises coming from the sub-woofer. It was so random, that it was hard to pinpoint what was causing the issue. It seemed to have happened more often when the sound bar was at lower levels. Often times when the sound occurred, it would be loud enough to make you jump.

I read the reviews afterwards and saw that others were having the same issue. So I put in for an exchange to see if the issue would be resolved with a different unit. Before I installed the new one, I called LG to complain about the issue, and I explained to the rep over the phone, that it seems to be some sort of manufacture defect, because others on Amazon are complaining about the same issue.

The LG tech ran me through some troubleshooting steps. One of which involved unplugging the sound bar and holding down the power button for 60 seconds before plugging it back in. The LG tech then remotely connected to my TV and changed some sound settings. I am a very techy person, and seeing that I had already installed the sound bar using the best connection possible (HDMI ARC), I paid no attention to what settings were changed, because I was almost certain that this issue wasn’t fixable.

Anyhow, after it was all said and done, I didn’t hear any random thunderous noises for a few hours. And then low and behold, a few hours later, I heard it once or twice more, and at the point, I decided to swap the old one with the exchange I received. Since swapping the old one with the new one, I have since not heard any random noises. And this was without power cycling the new one. Which leads me to believe that the issue was the old sound bar.

If the issue comes back, then I will update my review.

In addition to that, this sound bar could be a lot louder. It’s barely louder than my TV. So the only real added benefit to this sound bar, is the sub-woofer. With that being said, I would not spend $199 for this sound bar. Wait till it randomly drops to $126 as it has been doing.
