LG Tone Free FP5 – Enhanced Active Noise Cancelling Bluetooth Truly Wireless in Ear Earbuds with mic (Black)

This review is about FP9W (p.s. fp9 is black and fp9w is white)

*PLUG AND WIRELESS* –>> My Main reason for getting these was the Plug-and-wireless feature but it was a disaster to use those
If you use the plug and wireless feature on PC then you will hear bass crackling every now and then on certain frequency which is VERY EASY to notice on musics and is almost present everytime (you can face the same issue on android if u listen using sbc codec)
Also Plug- and-wireless doesnt benefit from the earbuds game mode/ low latency as the latency is pretty noticeable on PC consumption with plug and wireless (so low latency is only usable with lg tone free app)

*UV* –>>so plug and wireless being only a moderate useful feature, the UV part is a decent addition, we never know how much bacteria our earbuds might contain from it lying around the house, its a nice have

*Sound* –> I own fp5 and fp9 both, and they both literally sound the exact same, wonderful clarity, very decent bass, easy to differentiate instruments, I cant comment more as I am not an audiophile but overall VERY VERY good sound experience (remember to turn anc to high for best music experience)

*ANC*–>> Better ANC than sony tws xm3 for sure as I own both tws xm3 and fp9 (also fp5 and fp9 have the same anc as well) Really blocks out a lot of noise and I mean a lot even when you are not listening to anything and once you start listening even at low-med volume, a very loud environment just vanishes, Def. one of the best ANC i have ever used, probably on par or just a notch lower than sony tws xm4, Highly recommended ANC

Pro tip: If you plan to use any fp series earbuds, PLEASE switch the codec to AAC or else the sound will be very crackling and bad (also use anc for listening to music for better experience)

Verdict: I wouldnt recommend fp9for 14k as fp5 is available for 5.5k ocasionally which only lacks uv and plug and wireless, or you can go with fp6 which have uv but no pluig and wireless for 7k (goes for ocasionally).
Paying 14k for a below average plug and wireless is just a waste in my opinion.

(p.s. I have used plug and wireless with realteks alc 1200 codec so I am pretty sure its a decent codec to judge the plug and wireless capabilities)

Son cómodos y pequeños, buen sonido, también tiene buen alcance, en la oficina puedo moverme aprox 25 mts a otro piso y a pesar de haber pared enmedio sigo teniendo conexion a mi laptop, mi mayor problema es que no puedo conectar al menos 2 dispositivos a la vez a los auriculares, mi necesidad era en mi trabajo para llamadas en el iphone y reuniones en la laptop, esto no es posible… cosa que si podia con otros que se me descompusieron, de verdad creí que con cualquier otros iba a poder hacer lo mismo.

My lg tone free fp5 earbuds are great! They fit snugly in my ears and I can use them for hours. The battery lasts long and charges fast. I like the whispering mode feature that lets me talk softly in noisy places. The sound quality is superb. I enjoy every nuance of the music. The noise cancellation works well, but could be better. The bass is adequate, but not very powerful. The only drawback is that they don’t support multi point connectivity.

The product comes with 3 different size earbuds, which is great. It charges real quick and is perfect on the go. I faced some issues with bud staying in ear while using it in gym or mild rains. Mic quality is not upto expectation. Not a great pick in the price range.

Amazing product ever in my life so far.

waterproof ( can be wearable in the gym ) fit in my ear

Sound – great

Noise cancellation – great

Battery Life – Do not expect a lot but I never seen this lighting yellow or red color (battery percent)

I would recommend all of you to try this.
