I received my LG purifier yesterday (6.11.18). LG service engineer visited immediately for Installation. As per engineer, this product does not work without power booster for water. He told me that additional 2,500 INR to be paid for power booster. I stopped the installation. Now following with LG customer care for solution. It is not installed yet. Before buying, please consider additional charges of power booster. Trying to solve the issue at earliest with LG.
Today (8.11.18) after buying power booster on my own, completed the installation. Working ok now. Water taste is satisfactory.
I will write my feedback after using some months for new buyers.
(20.05.2023) Sorry for my late reply, however using this product from last 5 yes now. Every year AMC of around Rs.5300 has to be done. Otherwise product is good and giving best results, water taste is also same as from the first day..AMC is expensive

However, in the initial week or so the was tasted (and smelled) as if some chemical is added into it. No one from LG could answer my query. The technician came in my absence and declared everything is fine. It was really awful in the beginning however the taste/smell subsided in a week or so. You get this smell from the tap itself. No one called me from LG care to discuss this issue despite writing to them and booking a callback online.
LG should be sensitive to customer queries especially when the water produced by the RO is meant for nothing else but drinking. I wonder if there’s a manufacturing defect with the material used in the equipment that such a smell comes from the water.
Although, the smell has subsided, I am skeptical, every time I drink water.
Hope someone from LG reads this review and care to speak to me.

I bought this Water purifier last month and I am really impressed with this product.
Soon after the product was delivered at my home, I received a call from LG Technician for the installation and he came on the same day to install it. He also assured me for a free one-year
complimentary maintenance. That is a really good thing from LG’s side.
The product looks really good. It feels premium with its metal body and attar ice color. No visible filters on the body at all. The stainless steel tank is safer than the plastic one in other Water puffers. The dual Lid locking system seals the tank tightly. So, even the small dust particles cannot enter in this tank by anyway.
The 5 stage water purification is really good and it ensures that you are getting safe drinking water. Water taste says it all. The tank full indicator notifies when the tank is full. Its digital sterilization system is also a notable feature.
I had the restricted budget for water prefer and LG Puricare WW130NP is the best option one could get in price range of Rs. 15000.
