Works like a charm! It does have some quirks with pairing … but ya know … technology. If you’re really into cable management, and achieving a sleek look … not having the HDMI cable involved is nice.

Connects quickly and easily. The only downside is that I find there is frequent “popping” where there is static. It’s become something of an issue and is growing in frequency. If it doesn’t resolve I’ll have to return the unit.

If you get someone to install this well it is a great addition to your entertainment center.

Couldn’t be easier. I bought this for use with a new LG 83″ OLED C3 and S80QY sound bar (and rear speaker kit) to eliminate a HDMI cable from TV to sound bar. Plugged it into the TV, went to (sound bar) settings on the TV and chose “E-ARC” and the sound bar flashed “Wowcast” on its display immediately and the sound was back. Easy peasy.
Why LG doesn’t BUILD THIS DEVICE INTO THEIR TVs IS A MYSTERY.
The only side effect I can see is that a message appears on the bottom of the TV for 5 seconds when you turn on the TV, saying “soundbar is now connected.”

Tenía mis dudas sí reconocería mi LG C2 pero lo hace. Me gustó mucho porque permite usar Bluetooth y cable óptico. Sí empleo el cable hdmi con eArc no puedo enviar el audio a mis audífonos a través de Bluetooth o cable óptico a dac.
