I dont know whats up with LG these days but the customer service has become a big scam in the last 2 years I bought this product looking at the price I thought it is a heavy duty RO but it knocked off in exactly 13 months and it has been a disaster since then . I called LG and they charged me 4000 to fix it then after 3 months again it got spoilt and LG said i had to get an AMC worth another 6000 for a year to get it repaired for free — I got the AMC with no other choice and it has broken down 3 times in 8 months the LG service provider is now refusing to repair it saying its the water supply that has the issue . I mean why would i buy an expensive crazy over the top RO if my water was clean.
Any way my advise is not to buy this junk and buy 2 RO from other companies if you have this budget – I ended my journey with this by selling it on OLX because I am just removing all the LG products i have from my house due to expensive and poor customer service. I guess the brand has grown 2 much and cant control product quality any more

Stainless Steel water storage tank is great and good for health perspective.Get rid of plastic storage tank.
Recommend to everyone.

The purifier offers everything you want from a water purifier. Clean water with added minerals which makes it taste like packaged mineral water water bottles. Premium looks and easy to use. Will update after using for a year and see how the customer service is like for filter replacements
