This purifier stopped working 3rd time in 4 months of purchase. Now I have to wait for 14 days for servicing as parts are not available! LG is totally irresponsible. They talk like apne liya hai ab aap hi samjho!

One of the filter was not working when product shipped. After that LG guy who came for installation told that he will change the filter. But still the issue is not fixed

One of the worst product i have ever recieved the company itself is the worst company we don’t have the proper service within one year I got 5 repairs…pls don’t buy any LG products

Brought this in 2020 September. Within 3 months the inner filter stopped working. As it is in warranty they replaced with free of cost. Also opted to AMC scheme by paying 6k per year which includes to replace all the inner filter and 3 times of outer filter.
Outer filter has been changed 3 times in first three months. Later they charged for 4th time.
Water taste is good but it requires high maintenance. Not worth of money .
