I purchased the product a month back and one of the knobs has already stopped working. The lifelong team sent a local person to repair the stove. But I am disappointed and they would not agree to return or replace the product also. Extremely disappointed and wasted money on this product

Very bad experience. 2 out of 3 knobs do not function properly. Contacted Custcare with great difficulty but they are so hi tech.!! Instead of visit by a technician, they want all details in videos.
These new gen companies want to cut corners on everything – even technicians. Not recommended.

The media could not be loaded.
I had replaced product two times then I had logged service call on 2nd day itself after buying new product ..
1.knob doesn’t work for one burner .. manufacturing issue
2. Glass is getting heat while cooking .. manufacturing issue
3. Knobs are also getting heated ..
4 gaps can be seen in fittings not at all properly assembled.
Hence I am finally returning this product in return cycle and will never recommend to go with lifelong brand
