Good. As it can be programed we can just switch it on and forget. It switches off by itself.
Great for reheating fried stuff. Got it for 6K in Amazon. Other company fryers of much smaller size cost much more. Also Lifelong has a pan India Service Stations and also a web site if complaints need to be addressed.
I use silicone vessels so no cleaning of baskets is required. Very easy to wash the silicone vessels.
We use just a dash of oil on both sides of the item to be fried. So great reduction in use of oil in fried things.
Fried items turn out just as well as deep frying.

I received the air fryer today. It is a very good looking piece of machinery. However the user manual provided is worse than useless. I Have to keep going to YouTube to clear my doubts. So very annoying. Either provide a useful manual or give us the option to book a demo.
I have been using the machine for the past week. It does the work it is supposed to do well, but the wire length it’s way too short, forcing me to use an extension – which is not an ideal situation. It has already shorted☹️☹️

It doesn’t have temperature setting so pls note that before buying.. The user manual is not super helpful and there aren’t much videos online . Used it to fry frozen nuggets and it came out alright, tried cooking chicken and it was a bit dry but no other issues

after using the product for only 4-5 times the fan stopped working in the device and then when contacting the customer service i faced the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER of my life. even though i have registered online for extended 6 months warranty at the time of purchase they want me to redo registration process, after that they tell you to send images of products as follows :-

As per our telephonic conversation, we request you to share the below details to proceed further with your query:
●Invoice in PDF format
●Serial Number
●Picture of product from different angles
●Short video of 30 seconds
Note: In the video, You need to connect any electronic item(For, Ex-Mobile Device) with a socket to show the power supply, then connect the actual product with the socket & show us the issue you are facing and make sure the video should be unedited.

after this when you call them they make you wait on long hold to check all the photos and details and the long hold are more then once in a phone call.
after this they only tell you they have escalated the matter and you will hear from them in 24-48 hours so even after 7-8 days of the above procedure you still don’t know what is going to happen and what action they are going to take.
the whole above experience makes you feel as if they are treating you like some criminal or cheat. When i voiced my opinion to the customer care person on the phone he became very rude to me
now they say that i need to pack the product at my own cost send them the picture and once they approve the picture they will give a resolution.
Hence this is the worst experience for me and urge all not to buy any product of this company in future unless you want to have the same bad experience
