review after 1 month use- i used it daily for about 12 hours nd yesterday got my electricity bill it has only ₹800 difference .\ni used my ac on 25℃.\n\nWow fast cooling nd quick installation provided by the jeeves engineer free of cost.\nmy AC delivered yesterday nd installed today,without any hussle.\nengineer told me that it has 100%copper nd\naccording to him cooling is better than other brnds.\n\ncondenser coil is 100%copper u can chk by yourself just look through the outdoor unit fan its clearly visible tht its brown in colour.

Before purchasing it I had my doubts but after reading few of the reviews I made the purchase.\nAt the time of purchase installation was given for free, had some issue & doubt regarding with that but flipkart cleared it before delivery.\nI would have removed one star for installation service (Changed date & person twice, not clear about free installation of product, If flipkart is taking care of installation through Jeeves, there communication should be clear & customer shouldn’t face any issue due to their lack of communication regarding installation charges. ) but as the AC itself is good, I have given 5 star. \nNow coming to the product look wise nothing special but cooling is very effective & quick.\nNoise is low except when fan is on high mode, still the noise is okay & nothing to worry about.\nOne of the user has written that the product ha voltage input from 140V to 280V. Confirmed with Livpure & as per them my 1.5Ton 3star AC has 270V to 230V input voltage range. In my area voltage fluctuation not there still to be in safe side I have purchased & installed one stabilizer.\nInitially I faced issue with HEKA app but after firmware is updated in the AC, it is working properly without any issue.\nHave’t tried yet with alexa but I am sure it would work fine. \nAt this price, its a very good product with good features & worth buying.\nReviewed by Itishree Pattanayak.

I’m posting this after usage of more than a year\n\nOverall a moderate AC but is not worth the money. It can be never matched with any branded one as the basic swing is not automatic for four ways room gets cooled to the required temperature but the if your temperature is set at 25 your room temperature will be 28 and at a particular place where the AC vent is directed will be more cool. \nInstead of going for smart AC if the basics are set right it would have been an excellent product. This smart AC Heka is good but its just to tempt you to buy this product.\nBest thing about the AC is the power consumption is as specified and we can have a good power consumption.\nOverall it is better to go for branded one at the same price if you can manage with higher power consumption\nStrictly for medium sized rooms only. If your room size is more the 16×16 no use in power consumption.\n\nAll the best friends

Overall awesome purchase for me i bought it for 28499Rs plus free installation from flipkart.the only thing missing is the swing its not in both ways horizontal & vertical but no issues we can adjust it as per our convenience.the fan speed can be adjusted.Heka app first rejected my code but then i reinstalled the app now it recognised my AC.\nOverall i think its the best Smart AC in this range with with Smart features. Loved it.(MANPREET SINGH)

Dear All,\nPlease be informed that the product is good but the after Sales experience is going to make it bad. By some luck, was not charged for the installation.\n\nPros:\nThe AC is cooling well for now. \nThe sound made by the AC is acceptable to me.\nInstallation was done well.\n\nCons:\nThe AC was not supplied with a drain pipe, which does not quite make sense to me.\nIf you are buying any product with jeeves as the service provider/installer, please do not buy it.\nRegarding waranty, jeeves told me they will give me an invoice and they did not give me any invoice.\nJeeves does not provide warranty if stabilizer is not installed for a inverter AC, which basically means you have to buy the stabilizer that they bring with them or buy one of your own. The stabilizer costed me INR 1650/- with taxes.\nJeeves asked me to sign somewhere but did not show me what I was signing. Please do not sign blindly.\nJeeves does not provide warranty if the AC box(the carton in which the AC unit was brought in) is missing, which is ridiculous.\nJeeves guys wanted a ladder for installation. Come on, most of us do not have ladders.\nThey do not bring the necessary fittings and extra wires/cables, necessary fittings with them which again does not make sense to me. This means you will have to either buy the necessary items or ask them to get it.\nAbsolute poor service from flipkart and jeeves for any reinstallion. \nDon’t recommend buying from here.
