Water purification is good . Taste is good.
Major flaws.
1) handle is broken twice .poor quality made.
2) Insects are entering inside the storage tank even the tank lid is fully closed. So frequent checking required.

Original product. Using till last one year. Service of livpure is poor. Engineer’s behaviour is also not staisfactory

The product received is not the same as it is displayed on the website by the seller. However, I accepted the product after checking the originality with installation technician. That’s why I have given 3 star. I can write more about the product performance after using for somedays. Working fine for the last 12 months. The installation and 1st service, 2nd service is completed without any hassle.
