Excellent product. It is not only a simple water purifier but also a way to fell the test of life.

Unfortunately the product is not satisfied. The sediments in the unit failed within 8 months. Replaced sediment also damaged after 3 months. It is a bitter experiences for me.

The product arrived on time from Amazon and installation done the next day. But next morning it started leaking as you can see in the video. This seems to be a sensor issue with tank overflow not getting detected but still after paying so much we expect better. Very disappointed to say the least
Update : The support team solved the issue and it’s working fine. The issue was with tank sensor hope this doesn’t reoccur. For now updated the rating from 1 -> 4

Received it for a best price in Amazon and service installation was quick and helpful. Price is bit hight and adapter was damaged in first week itself which was replaced by technician after 3 days for free

We got this for its compact size and less water waste which was advertised. We had been using am Aquaguard Superb and that was a big water guzzler. I have been impressed with the efficiency, quietness as well as water taste which is much superior to Aquaguard. I do not have a prefilter installed and it runs super smooth without it. Also, the digital display gives you the filter life remaining along with other details such as UV sterilization if it is on etc. 6 months and going strong with absolutely no complaints
Overall highly recommended.
