Service is horrible. First of all, i don’t know how this product is designed, cockroaches get inside it. We recently got it serviced again and just within a month, can see small cockroaches floating inside it. We have gotten sick several times due to this. N every time the service complain is made, the engineers come after so many days. Regular servicing of this is making us regret purchasing this product.

Livpure is deliberately designed to malfunction after one year warranty as many if my friends and other reviewers are facing the same problem. The worst part is servicing, they don’t do the servicing themselves but hire 3rd party services, who themselves seem clueless about the machine and due to this system when you raise a complaint they keep shifting blame on each other while your problem is never addressed. They blatantly asked 1100 for a 300 rs spare part. Even after all that it’s still not working and the water feels dusty. Livpure is a fraud company that provides worst services and their main revenue seems to be ripping off customers unlucky enough to buy it

I bought this purifier for RS+12000. Exactly after one year when warranty ended it started problems. Their engineer told expenditure of rs5000 but in the local market it got fixed in rs500 only. So my personal opinion is not to buy LIVPURE RO.
