Last year I bought 7 ACs for my guest house in Goa (not from this seller though). With attractive prices couldnt resist to buy lloyds… what a mistake!!! A year later I’m paying hard for the savings… from the 7, 4 got issues on which 1 which is a 1.5 ton inverter whos had upto now 5 issues and now has a big one and i had to spend a big amount after 1 year and 2 months…. customer service is an absolute joke and the main goan lloyds man called Juned is an absolute trickster…. takes for ever to send me technicians, makes false promises all the time and even shuts phone off so he doesn’t have to deal with issues…. never seen a company behaving like this… Had many canceled booking because AC not working and them taking upto a week to send someone… big losses because of these bloody ACs… this year decided to buy LG and guess what, so much better ACs… cools much faster, controller much better and customer service is impecable…. to the point that when one of my lloyds ac broke and I called Juned all day begging him ( im never rude, always polite) to send someone before my guest cancels a big booking (1.2 lakh loss) they promised to send someone. They did but the lloyds boy had a look at the AC asked for a stool and by the time I came back 5 min later he had literally ran away… called this Juned who promised to send another and then turned off his phone. Of course no one came. In despair i decided to call my LG guy at 7pm … and guess what, he came to fix my lloyds… at 8pm… amazing… turns out its a huge problem hence lloyds boy ran away… he spent 2 hours but needed a piece so came back next day at 8am with the piece and fixed it… now this is customer care at its best….

I’m one of those people that never writes reviews but in this case I really want to warn people with this company or at least in Goa…. This Juned guy is a joke and more then that, after seeing how a good brand works I can confidently say that there is no comparison of machines… LG is a way superior AC in every aspect. One can only know this when one has had both… I wish I knew this before spending lakhs on bad quality machines…

So really save yourself some bucks and pay the difference and get a good one because on the long run you will end up spending more…. also the new LGs don’t even need stabalizer (going all the way to 120v) so that’s another 4 or 5 k saved…
