Pros:\n• Energy efficient\n• Cooling amazing, even on non-Turbo mode at 26-27 degree with health and sense feature on, it is amazingly keep cool temperature. The room size is big with ceiling height for 2 floors.\n• Non turbo mode are like with no sound at all. Brilliant innovation.\n• design looks decent overall.\n\nCons:\n• Lloyd Installation team is very unsupportive and un helpful. Although it may varies from city to city town to town but in my town they were assigning everytime same person and he was deny for installation everytime, by saying it is not possible in my room. I complaint about that everytime but the issue was kept pending everytime. Later after 5 days, I called my other electritian who found the installation is very easy and since my room was fully equiped for that.\n• After 7 more days lloyd and flipkart team started calling me for asking whether it god installed or not and when I told story they just listen everytime and say sorry for inconvinience and more over was still assigning same technitian.\n• Lloyd team said if I get it installed by my own technitian they will barred my warrenty for 1st 3 months. I told your technitian is incapable for installing what can we do, they still started assigning same person everytime.\n• I paid my technitian and got installed and looped lloyd useless technitoan and asked him to atleast mark my installation as successful since i dont wanted to loose my 1st 3 month warrenty.\n• Overall it was too much pain to get it installed. But product is good.
